“This is a really solid old navy. I found a lot of stuff I wanted to try on. The fitting room attendant was the perfect amount of being attentive but also letting you do your own thing. Staff was friendly if asked and did greet you. I prefer to shop on my own so it's nice that unless you look confused they leave you to your own devices.”

He helped my fiancée and I select my suit for our wedding, making the process as streamlined and easy as possible, and was extremely friendly, attentive, knowledgeable through the whole process. The prices of the clothes were very reasonable and they had a wide range of clothes and availability of different sizes was a plus at this store. The store was well organised and the clothes were kept properly unlike the other store of h&m I have been to with no helping staff and clothes lying on the floor.”

“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”

“I haven't been to a JCPenneys in years. I was at Chesterfield town center and had a lot of time to kill and a few dollars to spend; so I decided to see what Penney's had to offer me. I was so glad I stopped in, they carry forever 21 clothes and a lot were on sale for almost 90% off. I was able to stock up for summer and even get some fall items for dirt cheap. Adrienne the sales associate that works downstairs was amazing and so friendly. That woman is truly a treasure.”

“Went to jcpennys with my mom to look for an outfit for her. Walked by the makeup department just to look and met the most pleasurable women ever . She was friendly and kind. She asked me if I needed anything and I didnt really but I loved her personality so much . I said sure id love if you help me with some foundation. She color matched me perfectly. Took her time with no hesitation and made me feel better than ever. Not to mention she knew her stuff. She also made sure to say hello to everyone who walked in and by the makeup area.
