“I have not done much if any in store shopping, since the COVID lock down. Today I was forced into going in store because my online order was cancelled. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by Hannah who would later assist me in the biggest way. My online purchase was rather large and she meticulously, throughly and kindly went through every item and walked throughout the store hand picking each piece. She even went a step further and priced matched every thing and ensured my purchase was seamless. No kidding, people like Hannah are 1 of 1. She was so thoughtful, charismatic, authentically cheerful and we had a very organic interaction. She truly made my day! She could teach a seminar on customer service and going above and beyond any day! You guys truly scored big with her!”

“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”

“I haven't been to a JCPenneys in years. I was at Chesterfield town center and had a lot of time to kill and a few dollars to spend; so I decided to see what Penney's had to offer me. I was so glad I stopped in, they carry forever 21 clothes and a lot were on sale for almost 90% off. I was able to stock up for summer and even get some fall items for dirt cheap. Adrienne the sales associate that works downstairs was amazing and so friendly. That woman is truly a treasure.”
“A huge shout-out to Manager Rebecca, Anari, and Leah — you three absolutely knocked it out of the park with your amazing customer service! I came in with my sisters and niece just a few minutes before closing (actually, right at closing time), and Rebecca welcomed us with such warmth.
I explained that I had an early flight the next morning and needed to find a shorts and an oversized shirt. Not only did they keep the store open about 10 minutes after closing, but they were extremely patient, helping me find exactly what I needed — plus a few extra items.
Because of these three women, I will definitely be coming back. In today’s world, it’s so important to be a true “girls’ girl,” and they embodied that perfectly. To the managers: please do something special for them — they represent this location exceptionally well.
