“The staff is the nicest and most polite I’ve ever encountered at a Kroger. Particularly the self checkout attendants in my experience. The building is a tad old and sometimes you have to get your own cart from a cart return (to give the employees credit it looks like the neighboring apartment complex hoards a lot of the carts) but the employees make up for it”

“Everyone at this Union branch is very helpful. We had an awesome experience with Bethany (I believe that was her name) in opening up an account. She answered all of our questions and was never once impatient with us. We had a unique situation that made opening sort of difficult, and she was very kind throughout the entire process. While we were there, an elderly woman came in and was having trouble getting her walker down the stairs. The staff rushed out to help her, greeting her by name and it definitely showed that they care about each and every customer. Would definitely recommend this branch, and Union as a bank in general.”
