βCustom ink is an awesome source for designing shirts. Their platform is very user friendly and I always get my shirts sooner than expected! I'm leaving this review because I made a mistake on one of my shirts and I didn't think there was anything they could do but they helped me fix it! Totally exceeded my expectations. Just wow. I've been a customer for years, but now I'll be a customer for life! Thanks again for such a great designing service!β
βBeing fitted for breast forms and masectomy bras is NOT for the faint of heart. At this boutique, I felt seen... In a good way... and completely taken care of. My insurance was approved andtook care of the cost of my purchases. I would highly recommend. ???β

βI rented a tux from here and we had several issues with Jimβs Formal that they were unable to reconcile. With less than 24 hours to my event, Sunil and his team were able to get a tux fully tailored for me for around the same cost of renting a tux. Great service, great experience overall. The tuxβs that came in from Jimβs were absolutely awful and none of the sizes fit as they should have. I highly recommend just buying a tux from this place. Itβs the same price and I was really impressed at how well it was tailored.β

βBig shout to Touche for helping me find some lightweight dress clothes for the Richmond summer. I actually came in looking for a hat and found some funky styles here at reasonable. Touche was helpful with no pressure. He also gave me his card and told me he could help out with any last minute requests I would need in the future.There are some unique looks here lots of colors and patterns, especially if you would consider your style flamboyant. Also very comfortable.Will be back for sure.β

βProbably the best place to shop in RVA for fly fishing equipment, supplies, clothing and vacation opportunities. Their customer service is outstanding. Andrew and Craig go out of their way to insure you have a positive customer experience.β

βThis place rules! There are so many cool and unique clothing pieces here, and the prices are reasonable and fair. Not to mention the owner dude is one of the coolest people ever and has about a million amazing true stories if you get to talking to him. There are also some other cool things aside from clothes, like some records, VHS tapes, keychains & lighters, a few vintage toys & skateboards, and all kinds of other cool stuff. They seem to always have a VHS movie playing on a CRT TV and great music playing on the speakers, but not blasting or anything. This whole place and the people who work here are just an awesome vibe and peak Richmond in the best way possible! Do yourself a favor and come spend some time in here looking through the stuff and talking to the people.β

βErin was super helpful and very very kind. She greeted me and my sister at the door and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I told her I was looking for a dress for some pictures and she lead us to the most perfect dress, without even being in there a whole minute. Erinβs customer service skills didnβt make us feel like she was just doing her job, she made us feel like she was invested in finding me the perfect dress and even helped be tie it up. βWhat a beautiful store! I was shopping for a gift for a friend and found a combination of lovely things for her. Livia was extremely helpful with suggesting just the right mix of items for a gift bag. So glad I came in and so glad Livia was there to guide meβ she is the perfect store manager!β
βAt close to the last minute I decided on a different dress to wear to my son's wedding. I needed just the right jewelry and I took the dress to Sterling Boutique. The salesperson helped me pick out the perfect jewelry to go with the dress. It looked like the pieces were created by the dress designer to go with the dress. I was so happy with the earrings, bracelet and ring. They are part of my treasured pieces now. Great service and super selection.β
βThis is the best store around Richmond! The customer service I have experience is for out the best! I must praise Mario, the store assistant supervisor! He is very helpful when myself and my kid come in to look for items or just look at the new inventory! He always ensure the store is cleaned and organized ! This is the best Citi Trends; ask for Mario he is a wonderful help if you need help on the floor!β
βI just left the store after being disappointed in them not having THE dress I wanted for my vow renewal. The staff was VERY helpful and suggested I try on a different dress- even if it was simply for sizing purposes. Although the dress was pretty it was not THE dress. They helped me order the one I wanted. So kind, so patient, so helpful!β
βA nice alternative to Barnes and Noble. When I first moved up here (pre covid) they seemed kinda expensive, but for what I buy their prices haven't gone up since, so now compared to the rest of the world they are affordable. Staff have been nice every time I've gone in. Their location changed, which I'm sure is confusing some folks because the old building still has the name up, so I've attached a picture of the front of the new building.β
βI think this is merchandising is beautiful & the whole shopping experience is wonderful, I do believe if the staff members speak would make he experience much better. I was in there for like 20 min nobody spoke to me (ask me was i was finding things ok or offer any assistance) Customer Experience donβt just stop at having a pretty store but also welcoming employeesβ

βI bought the most perfect blue dress and shoes super last minute for a wedding and they were perfect! The sales associate was extremely helpful. The first dress she picked out was the one! It fit so perfectly that I didnβt need alterations. Everyone complimented my shoes as well. The prices were incredible! I got my shoes and dress for about $100 due to their current sales. Awesome value! I will definitely shop here again next time I need an elegant dress for an incredible price. Easiest shopping experience I have ever had!β

βThis is a really solid old navy. I found a lot of stuff I wanted to try on. The fitting room attendant was the perfect amount of being attentive but also letting you do your own thing. Staff was friendly if asked and did greet you. I prefer to shop on my own so it's nice that unless you look confused they leave you to your own devices.β
βLia and Bowie customer service was giving and left no crumbs (that's a good thing ?). Super nice explained sales also when to come back and answered other questions with no problem. Bowie ? your so kind for letting our daughter give you a hug. Our kids super alternative and just marchs to their own symphony ?. Again thank you both for being incredible and we will be back.β
