“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”

A very warm welcoming environment and very well organized office. It was a hot day but she took her time to show explain and rent the unit which we really liked it. “I saw the sale for a 7x10 unit in McLean, VA. I went over to the office to get the key code and spoke to Mimi, the site manager. She was super helpful and even checked if maybe I needed a smaller unit instead. She wasn’t trying to push me to get a larger and more expensive unit. Her genuine kindness was awesome. When I reached my unit that is in the “older” building, it was well maintained. Elevators were in working condition and there are carts to help move your stuff to your unit! How awesome is that? I got a welcome card too which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this facility because it shows the company maintains the location quite well. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. And, CubeSmart, give Mimi a raise! She is a great ambassador for your McLean location.”

“A2B Movers moved me from Arlington to Fredericksburg and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Charles, Dominic, and Adrian were the utmost professionals, focused on moving my furniture and other household items with caution, and to ensure that everything was well protected. Despite the delay with the loading dock elevator, they were quick to find workarounds to ensure time was not wasted. Upon arrival in Fredericksburg, they quickly unloaded the truck, got everything into place and staged certain items that I had planned to take to Goodwill downstairs for my ease of transport to Goodwill. As a result of their exceptional service, professionalism, care, and expertise, I highly recommend A2B Moving company and specifically these three gentlemen.

I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!”
