“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”

“I saw the sale for a 7x10 unit in McLean, VA. I went over to the office to get the key code and spoke to Mimi, the site manager. She was super helpful and even checked if maybe I needed a smaller unit instead. She wasn’t trying to push me to get a larger and more expensive unit. Her genuine kindness was awesome. When I reached my unit that is in the “older” building, it was well maintained. Elevators were in working condition and there are carts to help move your stuff to your unit! How awesome is that? I got a welcome card too which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this facility because it shows the company maintains the location quite well. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. And, CubeSmart, give Mimi a raise! She is a great ambassador for your McLean location.”

I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!”

“I was thrilled that this location, and facility was exactly what I was looking for. I arrived and the front desk agents were knowledgeable and extremely helpful (a shout-out to Jackie -- who helped out at the Annandale location, and to the young lady at the Jefferson Davis Hwy location -- everyone provided excellent customer service!). I was shown a couple of storage units, that were clean and ready to go! But, I wasn't happy with the prices that I was quoted, so I was told that I could get an internet price by going online to reserve a unit, which I immediately did! The best thing is that the first month's rent was just $1. And, there was no pressure about reserving a unit.
But, I reserved one anyway -- and while I was at the facility, I got a call from a Public Storage rep who called to help me with my reservation. Ironically, it was Antoyne (the guy from the Falls Church, Columbia Pike location -- who directed me to this facility). I told him who I was, that I was just at his location, but reserved a unit online at the Seven Corners location in order to get the online price. He and I laughed because he remembered me -- and was glad that I got a unit.
The facility manager Shaq at the Seven Corners location was very helpful and assisted me with securing my storage unit, which was perfectly clean and ready to go! Shaq went over my contract efficiently and effectively. He was pleasant, patient and very helpful. I reserved the unit for a short period of time and checked-out on Friday, August 24th without hassle! No extra fees or nothing!
I want to applaud Public Storage for the individuals that they hire, because the folks that I encountered all provided OUTSTANDING customer service! Each of them are rock stars in my book! :-)”
