“I had a phenomenal experience and the staff were so helpful in determining what shoes be suit me. There was a lot of trail and error with trying to find the right shows with insoles to match my walking patterns. I would definitely recommend going to this place to anyone that have needs for shoes that will feel comfortable on there feet and all the activities that they do.”
“I called the store around 5:00pm to inquire about a boot I had ordered online but still hadn’t shipped my order after a week. They had to boot in stock and went in to try it on. I walked in the store around 5:20pm and was immediately greeted even though Helen was busy with 3 other guests, being the only sales associate in the store. Helen had actually pulled the pair of boots to the side for me so they were ready to try on once I got in. She easily juggled all 4 of us with respect and great recommendations. I ended up canceling my online order and bought another pair of boots similar to the style. I was very pleased with Helen’s poise and ability to handle 4 different guests by herself.”
“I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. I will definitely be back to shop with her!”

“I'd give more stars if I could. I've been at this place to buy ski boots, poles, a gravel bike, and to get a bike repaired. Everything about each experience was fantastic. They fixed my gf's old bike for only about $100 even though it needed a lot of work. Also I think they price-matched my gravel bike to online vendors even though I didn't ask for a price match. I would highly recommend Sun & Ski sports and will I definitely go there for any future needs.”

“Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. After about 20 mins I had tried on maybe 5-6 different pairs, made my final selection and was off!These have become my favorite pair of sneaker whether I’m walking the dog or going for a run.Thanks Pacers!!!”

Went in and out in about 10-15mins. They ask you some questions here and there in order for the staff to give the customer the shoe that fits their feet. Lots of money= good investment for your feet. Give them a try. Don't take my word for it, go in and experience fleet feet for your feet.

The shoes were stolen from a car place the same day. I needed a pair of shoes for my Kindergartener's graduation this Friday. My mom called the store and he took care of us and shipped the shoes to my home. It's Monday and they've already arrived. The shoes fit perfect and are so cute for this special occasion. “My goodness!!! I was BLOWN away by the customer service here today from Larry. Young gentleman and very accommodating. I drove from Arlington because the sister property Rack Room mentioned my size was available here. I’m so glad I made the drive because I thought professionalism and good customer service was a unicorn these days. Nope! Larry is an example of what a company would want as a leader. He deserves recognition and praise! I’m a shopper and I will make it a point to come to this location because of the amazing selection and service.
