“I have to admit, that the only reason I go here is to get my inspections done. It’s such a convenient location and usually not too busy (except if you go on one of the last or first days of the month). The gentleman who does the inspections is always polite, courteous and tries to get you done quickly.”
“This is the only store I come to. The mangers, employees everyone of them is the most pleasant people you would ever want to meet. They make you feel like you are the only one in the store. The store let me tell you about that. It is always clean. You see the employees and mangers always trying to do something good to make it better for the customers. “A 7-Eleven with a clean restroom for the public?! I had no idea it was possible or exists but this Stafford location shows that it does. I mean no one ever has a public restroom these days, but they do! Plus clean everything! Nice cashiers! I wish my neighborhood 7-Eleven was like this one! LOL”
“The mechanics and inspection guys at the back are great. Nevertheless, after been a client of this place for years, the cashier denied me the use of the bathroom while I waited almost two hours for the inspection service.
She claimed the bathroom was out of service. I asked one of the guys if I could pee behind the fence and he graciously got me the key even after I explained the cashier situation. Thanks to the guys.”
“Good gas station with with all the usual works. 5 stars for the grade A treatment by Mr.Han (seems like the owner). Gave me a great discount on my auto work and convenient they have inspection. Make sure you speak to him since he knows his stuff. Chatted it up and has been working on cars for 40 years. Didn't get to speak to the others since they were just working on cars.”

“This is properly the best pharmacy that I have used in the past. I used to go to Walgreens and it was a disaster dealing with them for every single prescription I have filled or refilled. It is really nice that my pharmacist remembered my name and my child's name which does not happen anywhere else. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable as always. It was a very positive experience. I was truly impressed. You do have to call to leave a message to speak with the pharmacist, however it was quick and easy and my call was always returned within 30 minutes which has always been my experience. I now included my daughter to use this pharmacy as well. I would strongly use this pharmacy. Very impressive and great service.”

“They have Nitro Pepsi™.Nitro Pepsi™ when you want a nice creamy, smooth and easy to drink soda. Sometimes your soda is hard to drink and not creamy. Not here. At this 7-11 they have Nitro Pepsi™. It's so smooth, creamy, and easy to drink!They also have tons of other junk food that's just processed chemicals with no nutritional value. But yeah, the highlight of the store is the Nitro Pepsi™.”

“I go here all the time. The only downside for me is they don't really have pre-made ice coffee anymore.
Also this is one the the few 7/11s I've seen with bathrooms (probably because it's also a gas station).”
“This store is awesome!! I thought I found cool snacks at the mall, but then I realized, I was just buying expired snacks from Highs and Lows, in the mall... VA Snack sells good snacks. They're the same things, Highs and Lows sells, but they're not expired. The owner of Highs and Lows forces his employees to push expired foods and drinks to customers. Noone likes doing it. But the owner threatens to fire people if they don't move expired product out of the store. VA Snacks is not trying to take your money. They sell the same stuff, not expired, for a third of the price of the same things at Highs and Lows. Why buy over price, for snacks that are expired, at Highs and Lows, when you can go to VA Snacks for decent products at way better prices?! VA Snack all the way! Better prices here. Higher quality snacks.”

“This location seems slightly above average than other locations. However a couple of the cashiers are less than pleasant. This isn't always the case of course. What's strange is that a different location offered me a promotion deal for 3 hot dogs, for which I had passed on because the hot dogs looked like they had been sitting there since early this morning. This location had no promotion for hot dogs whatsoever Now I'm curious to know if this other location was simply trying to sell me some of their dated hot dogs. The store here is clean and the air conditioner works great!”

“A really big shout out to Glendi and Joanne in the pharmacy!
Glendi saved me over $2,000 on a prescription medication. The day I picked it up she found a coupon that brought the price down to $450. She went the extra mile the next day by tracking down an even better coupon and then calling me to ask me to return to the store to pay just $50 after refunding the $450.
Joanne took incredible care of me when she refunded the $450. She meticulously went through the process, efficiently executing the transaction in no time. When I made a passing joke about how my last name and address were reset to what they were 15 years ago, she wrestled with CVS's backend systems until they submitted to her expert prowess.
Give them both a raise and a vacation!”

“I stopped by the Shell gas station in Springfield specifically because it participates in the Upside program, which offers rewards and discounts. Overall, my experience was positive. The gas station was clean and well-maintained, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was that one of the gas pumps was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the remaining pumps were functioning properly, and I was able to fill up quickly and easily.
One note to keep in mind is that the gas station's location on a corner can make it a bit tricky to navigate, with three entrances to choose from. However, once you're inside, the station is easy to navigate, and the staff is happy to help with any questions or concerns. Overall, I would still recommend this Shell gas station to anyone in the area, especially if you're an Upside user.”
