“We've had all three of our vehicles here for general servicing, inspections and repairs. Very reasonable prices. We once took our car to another shop for a repaie estimate and wanted to get a few more estimates. Backlick Shell was one of them. The estimate that we received here was 3 times less than the first estimate and came in well under the third estimate. We've always had the pleasure of working with Amjad, he's always treated us with kindness and utmost respect. Very happy with this location and have been for the last three plus years.”
“There are A LOT of 7-11s within a 1-mile radius of this one and I assumed they were all the same but I was wrong. This one is the Gucci of 7-11s in Springfield -- it's really clean, modern, and even has cold brew on tap at their coffee station. Only downside, as with all shops in this shopping center, is that it's a pain to enter, navigate, and exit the shopping center when Chick-Fil-A is open.”

“Good gas station with with all the usual works. 5 stars for the grade A treatment by Mr.Han (seems like the owner). Gave me a great discount on my auto work and convenient they have inspection. Make sure you speak to him since he knows his stuff. Chatted it up and has been working on cars for 40 years. Didn't get to speak to the others since they were just working on cars.”
“It's actually a gas station but with a solid beer & wine selection. Also they had hyde to pick up and way cheaper than tobacco shops. Paid around $20 vs the $26 at tobacco king. 5 stars for the pleasant surprise.”

“I recently started working in the area and this is now my Sleven. The coffee is always fresh and abundant. Hazelnut brew is incredible. Seems like virus precautions are in place and the store is clean and well stocked. All the staff I've met so far are nice supportive folks. Larger parking lot than most.”

“They have Nitro Pepsi™.Nitro Pepsi™ when you want a nice creamy, smooth and easy to drink soda. Sometimes your soda is hard to drink and not creamy. Not here. At this 7-11 they have Nitro Pepsi™. It's so smooth, creamy, and easy to drink!They also have tons of other junk food that's just processed chemicals with no nutritional value. But yeah, the highlight of the store is the Nitro Pepsi™.”

I find the staff at this pharmacy extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my daughter has the medications she needs to perform her activities of daily living. Availability and insurance issues are not their fault, and they always make sure I can pay by GoodRx if insurance does not cover one of my daughter's meds. I think they're great!”

“This Walgreens is an immaculate, spacious and floors are kept conditioned and displayed appropriately during seasonal changes. The managers and staff are very professional, friendly and their store behaviors make your shopping experience wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with returns and pricing. Crystal the pharmacy manager is a gem. She goes beyond to assist you with all of your health needs. She makes herself available even during the busiest times. If you call Crystal she doesnt appear to be bothered or evasive. Her phone etiquette is admirable. She is very professional and accurate when it comes to filling prescriptions.The techs are wonderful always working diligently and the atmosphere that is created in the pharmacy shows the upmost respect to hippa and the security of your personal info. The techs become familiar with their pharmacy customers and address their customers respectfully. This pharmacy does get very busy but the lines are quickly attended to and never ignored, to navigate thru the day. Crystal is well appreciated for the dedication that she displays on a daily basis. She is definitely trusted for her integrity that she displays on a daily basis. The alternate pharmacists are also kind and professional. The most important thing is Crystal RPH nor the techs judge you they treat every person the same with. Dignity and respect and that's very hard to find.”

“This location seems slightly above average than other locations. However a couple of the cashiers are less than pleasant. This isn't always the case of course. What's strange is that a different location offered me a promotion deal for 3 hot dogs, for which I had passed on because the hot dogs looked like they had been sitting there since early this morning. This location had no promotion for hot dogs whatsoever Now I'm curious to know if this other location was simply trying to sell me some of their dated hot dogs. The store here is clean and the air conditioner works great!”

“I have to comment on what a great experience I had at CVS in West Springfield. It seems they are overwhelmed with customer demands these days. But I had a challenge where my doctor, the pharmacy, my insurer and a drug manufacturer could not communicate to resolve an expensive drug my doctor wanted me to take. Only Salma Mohamed cared enough or had the skills to follow it through to the end for me. I really appreciated her kindness to me and her confidence that she could solve a problem others passed the buck on.”

“I've never had a 'great' experience with a CVS until now. A mix-up with a prescription (from the doctor's end) left us without a life-saving medication for our 3-month-old after getting discharged from the hospital and right before the pharmacy was closing. Selma and Paul (and one other woman who left before I could get her name) stayed late to help get it sorted out while I was on the phone with our doctor. After a terrible week with an ill baby, their patience and professionalism was incredible and I can't thank them enough for being flexible and helpful in a moment of panic for my family.”
