“I don't usually write many reviews but was compelled to review this specific Enterprise location because I have never received such consistently wonderful service at a rental car facility before.
I haven't had a car for 2 years, so often will rent cars for a few days at a time. I've been to DOZENS of rental car locations before but Enterprise in Sterling was unlike any experience I've ever had. EVERY employee is kind, caring, understanding and always has a smile on their face! It's like they actually enjoy working there! They are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and any time I've called, someone has picked up right away and answered any questions I've had. I will continue to return to this location and highly recommend renting a car from this Enterprise.
I hope the employees there get a nice bonus this year. They all deserve it!!!”

“The customer service representative was very polite and helpful she even went out of her way to get the vehicle for me as it was cold and I was traveling with my 3yr old she told me to stay inside and keep warm while went to get the vehicle I thought that was a grand gesture and I’m so appreciative of that overall top tier service”
“This was my first time renting with Budget, and I have to say what an amazing experience! I’m a Fastbreak member, so everything was ready for me when I arrived. I simply picked up my contract from the Fastbreak shelf and was on my way, zero wait time and no counter interaction needed, which was super convenient.
That said, I did stop by the counter because I needed a small favor, and I was helped by Mr. Charles and another gentleman (I believe his name was Atif or Alif). Both of them were incredibly kind and professional, but Mr. Charles went above and beyond to help with my request and truly made me feel valued as a customer.
The two other team members I interacted with in the lot were also friendly, attentive, and welcoming, something I honestly haven’t experienced at any other rental car facility before.
Overall, everything was smooth, quick, and pleasant from start to finish. I’ll definitely be renting exclusively from Budget from now on, especially since I rent regularly. Highly recommend the IAD Airport location they’ve earned a loyal customer!”

“My flight was delayed and I arrived at rental counter at 1:00 am. The gentleman at rental counter assisted me pleasingly and I was out with the car in 10 minutes. Return was fine too. Shuttle service both ways was on time. So I got a better experience than what I was expecting.”
