Their was a tiny misstep with the initial setup (no fault on their part) but they worked quickly to correct it and at NO charge. You can buy a computer anywhere but the service aspect is what sets any business apart...and Micro Center provides great service. It's now my go-to shop for all my digital needs.”
“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“Walked in yesterday 15 minutes before close to get my new phone up and running. I was expecting for them to just show me how to set up an eSIM and then I’d do the transfer at home. Mike was amazing and did everything for me. He ended up staying past closing time to make sure everything transferred. He helped me put a tempered glass screen protector on and was just a true pleasure to work with. Customer service was 10 out of 10.”
