He was so kind, understanding, and empathetic of my dad's situation and really went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care of. I will never forget Sean and how supportive he was. Gave him a big hug when we were done and I wish I could give him a hundred more.”

“I came to this place with a "cell emergency" a couple of years ago (phone wouldn't turn on even when fully charged) and they fixed it quickly and competently for a very reasonable price. Recently I came back with a stuck sim card and a question about replacing my screen. They were honest about pricing the screen costs (reasonable but perhaps not worth it in my situation) and didn't pressure me at all when I said I'd need to think about it, and got a stuck sim card out for me as well. Great place; I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.”
