Juan , vy, and Mayra provide excellent customer service at the Falls Church office to everyone who comes in every time I am at the location. They are knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant with all the customers. I am thankful to the service they provided for me and specially Juan. “Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”
