βNice store with lots of selection. The layout is easy to understand and the store is merchandised well. The assistant store manager was friendly and helpful. Friendly knowledgeable cashier.β
βRegistered store has everything you could want from modern to back woods camping gear.all at food prices .then they have all the old fashioned candy to make the hikes a little more for fun.β
βToday was a returns trip only. We appreciated the opportunity to return Amazon online purchases, as well as Kohl's online purchases in one location. The return desk is in front of the store and the Kohl's associate Michelle was very helpful.β

βA nice store to do shopping. Is in Tanglewood so a lot of things around the anchor store so it is slowly being revitalized. Got some jewelry and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and supportive.β

βAlways able to find an interesting item or good deal. The outside though looks really skanky. Dirty and lots of trash under the shopping carts. Not at all what you would expect from this store. (Looks worse than the picture)β

βGood club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Samβs Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.β
βBrand new store. There were hardly no clients though. Had the entire place almost completely to myself. Staff member at the cash register was very friendly and polite and full of joy. Store has big selection. Parking lot almost empty though. Hope people find it.β
βKolsen was awesome with customer service. He answered questions I didnβt even know I had.He explained how and where to find items I wanted. Then I arrived at the cashier and Ty were very nice and friendly! The Manager even helped with an item off the shelf!β

βWe used to live in Roanoke and this was one of the stores we enjoyed going to and the any bargains you can find. We moved back to PA, and this was our first trip back after several years. Our first stop was Hamricks and it was great to see the deals and merchandise we had enjoyed when we lived here. Wish you had stores further north.β

βGood experience. Store had some stock left in aisles. 2 registers operating when they had a line out of the designated line area, they had to call for more help once the line was 15 people deep. Cashier lady was very nice to me and apologized for the waitβ
βI was having a serious issue with my phone which could have cost me my job that morning some guy named Sam I guess he's the manager there made a big difference in my morning by helping me out getting that straightened out he didn't have toβ
βI hardly ever write reviews, but I HAD to for Nadia. I came in last minute shopping for an event and was honestly stressed, but Nadia completely took care of everything for me. She was SO welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. She helped me find a beautiful pair of shoes and the perfect bag to pull everything together, and she made the whole experience feel effortless.
If I could hire Nadia as my personal stylist, I absolutely would. She truly has an eye for style and makes you feel confident in what youβre buying. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing work she does. Macyβs is lucky to have her!β
βOn 2/20/26 in the evening, the staff were amazing. The cashier was very helpful and also two other staff helping bag the groceries. They truly went above and beyond.β

βI always go to the back of the store to check out the misc. stuff. Then up front to where all the cookies are. I love the shortbread cookies, and I got one of those and a big canister of mixed cookies.β
βIt's not a bad place to shop. They usually have what I need. One thing is I worked here for about 3 months. It's been about a year since. So many people get rehired after not working there for years. But then I got accused of stealing when I did not. So I got fired (falsely terminated) all because my now ex decided to steal. And they rehire after 6 months of someone being fired but when I move directly across the street they can't rehire me.β
βI just had Pam as my cashier for my purchase today. She was wonderful. Kind and knowledgeable. Great attitude. Made my day a little better! Hope management sees this!β
βWow I thought this place had gone bankrupt!!! I haven't thought about JCPenney for at least 15 years. They've got nice stuff--suit separates, womens wear. Prices online are better. The first time I visited i went in the lower level and it definitely felt like I was in a restricted access area and no one was around. But I've been back a few times and have had good shopping experiences there. I dont even go to Macy's or Belk anymore because I like JCPenney's stuff better. I did an online return to store that went fine.β

βI have been going here for years, and am very happy with the prices and the ability to find what I am looking for! Femi and the Pharmacy staff are great, as well!β
βShop frequently, clean, well presented merchandise, fairly priced, very friendly volunteer staff. Will shop again, even found a really neat 'one of a kind walking stick', never know what you will find. Have already started holiday shopping. They accept 'tax deductible' donations to further cancer research.β
βFriendly knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing on a wide variety of merchandise. Store was clean and well stocked with merchandise in easy to locate well labeled aisles. Would recommend for a short stop or an in depth shopping trip.β
