“This was my first time visiting a Michael Kors outlet and I had an amazing experience. Store was very clean and nicely organized. Shortly after I arrived and was browsing, I was greeted by a nice lady named Miroslava. Told her I was shopping for a purse and was just taking my time looking. She explained that there was a current promotion going on that if I bought a wallet and a purse together, it would be 20% off, so I was super excited. As I continue to look, I ended up with two purses in my hand debating on which one to get and was looking for a wallet, she let me know that I could actually get both purses for 20% off with the wallet purchase and that it was a 3 item max with the discount so I decided to get both purses. She also helped me decide on the wallet since I was also torn between two. She pointed out how one was a softer leather, and the other one was a harder so that would last longer. They had a large selection of purses and wallets and they also had some very nice clearance items so I ended up getting a book bag for a great deal as well. They had a selection of clothes items also but I didn’t take the time to look at it. When I was ready for checkout Mirsolava rang me up then headed to the back to grab brand new merchandise that had never been opened from original packaging. I was excited since I got products that had never been handled from other customers before. I came home and unwrapped everything and everything is beautiful. I’m super excited about my purchases and will definitely be back to visit again, I look forward to being assisted by Mirsolava again I appreciated her attentive customer service, and recommendations. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

Excellent Service at the PUMA Outlet – Williamsburg, Virginia
My family and I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the PUMA Outlet in Williamsburg, Virginia! We were visiting from New York and Pennsylvania while on vacation and decided to stop in — and we’re so glad we did.
Two employees, Aidyn Smith and Courtney Hux, went above and beyond to help us during our visit. We spent quite some time in the store and made about a $200 purchase and throughout it all, they were incredibly pleasant, patient and attentive. Anytime we needed a different size or had a question, they were prompt, kind and professional.
Their friendly personalities and genuine willingness to help made our visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about creating such a welcoming shopping experience and they absolutely did.
I want to note that I don’t personally know either of these employees — this review is simply based on the outstanding service we received. Thank you, Aidyn and Courtney, for making our family’s visit such a great one!”

“I went specifically to get a pair of white sandals as I had gotten a pair in gold for a wedding and they were very comfortable on my hard to fit feet. Having arrived with only 20 minutes before the store closed, the sales lady quickly helped me find exactly what fit. My sale of 2 pairs of sandals was completed within 2 minutes of closing time. The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here for high quality, well made shoes that fit well and are comfortable.”

“I have been looking for field boots locally for the past two weeks and no luck. I ended up ordering online yesterday but called here first. Tommy was able to locate my size and even put them on hold for me for a day while I drove here to get them. It gets even better when Tommy rings me up and it comes out to around 160ish and he ended up saving me 40$ if i would have paid for them online. Thanks!”

“I visited this weekend on Saturday, 10/8 from Richmond and cannot say enough good things about the store/associates. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)”
