“Our first experience with Liesl was a result of it being the only open pointe fitting option in the DMV between Christmas and New Years 2022. A very nondescript exterior opened to a very nice dance retail store with a side room for pointe fitting. When entering the room, the owners tag teamed quickly, finding multiple shoe options for a precise foot size through walls of stacked shoe boxes. It was like an Ollivanders wand shop experience for ballet shoes as they walk to an exact shoe brand and size out of a sea of boxes. Such an amazing experience we now spend the extra travel from Arlington to Woodbridge with pleasure. We know we are in good hands, and we know the dance studio will give a perfect fit thumbs up!”

“I just wanted to say thank you to Mrs. Teresa. Teresa was kind and helpful. Last month I came in to the store to find a shirt for my daughter’s preschool graduation. Teresa found the perfect shirt. I received so many compliments at the graduation. Teresa also found a nice blazer in my size. The cool part of this shopping experience was how Teresa asked my daughter to help me put on the blazer. “Inventory could be better. Worker stated w.e boxes the open that day or night is the only thing counted for, when there could be more there in the back.
Sometimes a customer is coming in the store and knows exactly what there want and are looking for.
The way most of the northface store operate the same way, outlet or not. And that's a problem. Food those prices put everything out and don't destroy the boxes.
Put more Inventory out especially footwear. Please get it together!”

“I wish I took in store pictures, and I wish Google put you in a closer parking spot than where I was for going here to specifically stop at Vans Outlet. I had beyond exceptional customer service from the wonderful blue haired worker there. Happily carried my box of well packed bakers dozen of clearance vans in a box to my car, which could have been closer but was worth the haul! I hope to leave a survey review also but I also likely lost my receipt already lol”

“So we bought the wrong size for our kiddo and they were super helpful when we called to inquire about a different size. Upon my return to the store to exchange the size I mixed up boxes. They didn’t reject my return and took it anyway and also assisted me in finding some other options to go with what I was looking for. The prices were decent for a kid’s shoe but I like that they accept returns vs the Nike store.

“It’s that time of you summer stuff is in sale and winter stuff is being added to the shelves.
They have a great selection of both men’s and women’s clothing for all seasons currently most of it is 50-60% off. They have a little random camping stuff and shoes, it’s harder to find the common sizes of shoes as this is an outlet store.
There are two to three Clearance racks in the back of the store that have items 70% off. Don’t forget to look there for a great deal.”
“Had a great shopping experience with Courtney. She was very attentive and extremely observant. She not only gave me a few recommendations she went above and beyond, bringing back shoes that she thought I might like and a pair that matches my favorite team's colors. The store is always clean and stocked with all sizes. They have a pretty good variety of styles from the classics to modern. They regularly have deals and you should always be able to find something you like.”
“The buying experience was great and the staff was all very friendly. Almost everyone asked if I needed help and my salesperson was very patient, even after I tried on three sizes and probably ten different styles of boots. The stores are pretty much in the middle of nowhere, aka not very accessible through public transit, but if you have a car that shouldn’t be a problem.”

And Monica was kind, helpful, loving, careing!!! Just wonderful!! We had the best experience!! We would be so happy to come back just to visit her!

“I can’t say enough good things about this store location. They are always polite and friendly, willing to help with anything you need. I am especially impressed by Sierra K. I pressed a pair of sandals in store and when it arrived in the mail one of the candles came worn and extremely dirty . Sierra went above and beyond to help re order the shoes issue. She also went the extra mile to make sure that she could get the right shoe when it took forever for the shoe to even ship to me. Sierra noticed and called me when it hadn’t shipped then called several stores to see if they had it in stock . When I called corporate they refused to help in anyway and they really need to work on their people skills and actually help fix an order when something goes wrong.”

“Incredible service! I am not discrediting anyone else’s experience at all, I can only speak for my personal experience. I am a woman of color and had a wonderful experience. I went in with a unique issue that no one from Woodbridge to Lakeridge could fix. I stumbled upon this establishment and Mr. Jim was able to help me. He went above and beyond and even surprised me with a fix to my Varsity Jacket that I wasn’t even expecting. I 100% would go back. Mr. Jim was even kind to my son and we even sat back and talked a little about the world and good times from our separate pasts. I’m only in my early 30’s and I’m aware individual experiences differ person to person but clearly this is not a race issue at this establishment when all races have stated their own comments as well. Thank you for being kind and thank you for going above and beyond to fix my Letterman jacket.”
“My mother was in need of new work shoes. We actually went into the mall to go back to ASICS. Where she had previously found shoes that she had loved. But to our findings we saw that ASICS had permanently closed in the mall. Searching around from Nike,champs, rack room shoes etc. we came across Famous Footwear. Which we were greeted by as soon as we walked in! Which was very delightful. Jonathan helped us find the shoe work section. He as well let us about the deals they had going on. As we tried on shoe after shoe. My mom just couldn’t find one to fit. But Jonathan came back and asked if there was any need of assistance. He helped us find not ONE but TWO shoes my mom found very comfortable that she could use at work and maybe a pair for everyday activities. It’s hard finding good customer service these days.
