She was by far the most knowledgeable about T-mobile products, phones and network of anyone I have dealt with at T-mobile in the many years I have been a customer. She was able to tell me why my iPhone reception was so poor when T-Mobile tech support couldn’t. She is a total rockstar and T-mobile is lucky to have her represent them.
While I wasn’t interacting directly with the other two women who worked there, I was impressed with their customer service skills also. They were super engaged with customers, helpful, made people feel welcome. This store has a terrific staff!”
