I originally went to the Bremerton location while trying to switch one of my lines from Verizon, but the experience there wasn’t very welcoming and I decided to leave. “I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me.
The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service.
I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional.
I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”
