“Very happy with my whole experience at Thrasher’s Corner AT&T Store! Omar, Emma & one other person were very focused on handling all my requests & some glitches.
My iPhone 15 had been stolen the day before, but they quickly got my older phone set up. Also let me know about 55+ specials on internet & signed me up. THANKS to all!

“Nice apartment community for families. The grounds are always maintained very nicely. They always fix things quickly. The maintenance team is Very Helpful and responsive.”
“Ian was really kind and patient, very chill, and never rushed us even though we were there very close to closing on a sunny Sunday. He kindly answered all of my mom's questions about her new iPhone 17, showed her how to find the search bar, close apps, etc., and graciously listened to her story about how much nicer he was than the manager at another T-Mobile location. I think it's lovely that his customer service led with humanity. I really appreciated how respectful and kind he was to my mother. I'm glad this is my neighborhood location. ?”
“Mariclare was extremely helpful! When we ran into an issue porting in our lines, she stayed well beyond her shift and followed up immediately the next day to ensure the issue was resolved.”

“Niko is GREAT, he has a great attitude, he is very calm, very professional and I hugely appreciate that! Qualities as simple and basic is that are still hard to find; Niko is now my go-to Verizon point of contact and I highly recommend him if you need any sort of support with dealing with Verizon!
For anyone having a hard time with a big company like this, you are not alone - for some ungodly reason they make it super complicated and frustrating. But having someone like Niko to talk to and get information from is a huge help.”
