He kindly answered all of my mom's questions about her new iPhone 17, showed her how to find the search bar, close apps, etc., and graciously listened to her story about how much nicer he was than the manager at another T-Mobile location. I think it's lovely that his customer service led with humanity. I really appreciated how respectful and kind he was to my mother. I'm glad this is my neighborhood location. ?”

I came into T-Mobile to take care of getting a new Sim card activated on my account, and Jayden waited on me. I must say, he's fast, knowledgeable, and knows exactly what he's doing!! He doesn't waste your time, messing around in the backroom, or chatting up other colleagues when you are front and center. He's extremely professional and courteous, and goes the extra mile!!
It's hard to find this kind of service, these days, as many people in customer service are robotic zombies, NOT Jayden. He's engaged, a good listener, he executes the task with precision, these are ALL THINGS I look for in a good customer service representative. I would highly recommend Jayden services to anyone seeking to troubleshoot phone issues. He's the MAN! The OG of solving telecom/cell phone problems! He should be promoted, and given a raise!
