“I worked with Noor (apologies for any misspelling!), who didn't try once but three times, to find me the correct glass front for the Samsung note 10+, because most of the local sellers were using a screen with a weird bezel instead of extending from edge to edge. He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“I had an issue and called 611. My call was answered pretty quickly and the lady stated she would access my account and help me. After I gave her a code she sent to my phone, she said she would put me on hold and be right with me. 30 minutes later, my call ended up going to a survey line. I didn't leave a very high rating and another lady came on the line and apologized that I hadn't been happy with the assistance I had received. She asked what caused me to rate the service so low. After explaining, she apologized again and immediately jumped into my account to assist me. After an hour of hard work on her part, we were able to fix the issue. I asked her to send me back to the survey again so I could give her a rating. She said it is only one survey per call. So I am leaving a review and I hope Metro sees it and gives her the raise or promotion she deserves. Her name is Brandy M. from the Escalations department. I have been a customer for a long time and NEVER have I had such great service as today. Thank you Brandy M. and may you get the recognition you truly deserve!!”
“I just want to write a review saying that I had an absolutely fantastic experience with specifically a salesman named Ian. He did a great job and did not rush me through all of my questions about business line addition as well as trading in my phone and getting an upgrade for an absolutely great price gave me the top of the line and screen protector, as well as any problem. I ran into first time I’ve ever gotten absolutely everything I wanted and required at a Phone store and didn’t have some reason to complain after I left. He was great and also I wanna make a point to mention that Josh is absolutely fantastic too. I met with him prior the meeting with Ian and they both do have fantastic job all the employees at this specific location. I feel very very good job. Also, the manager that was black and had a very particular name he was super cool and professional too!”
