“I brought my Subaru Forrester to U-Haul and this location in Burien could install a trailer hitch the next day. I was nervous at first but I found myself very relaxed by the professional customer service that they provided. Carlos installed my trailer hitch. He told me it would only take about an hour or less, and it was much less. About 30 minutes. Very nice folks! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good trailer hitch install. This was my first!”

“As far as storages go, it's got great hours [open to 11pm every night]. The staff is really laid back and don't come check each unit every 30 minutes and don't bug you while you're tending to your belongings. They don't care if you are sitting and taking a break... like public storage. They have a bathroom to use during office hours . You are supposed to be out by 11, but if you lose track of time and are there to 12, they don't seem to mind this. There is ample parking that is covered. Your not supposed to use their trash bins, but after hours I always sneak a few things in there... no problem. The units are very secure. The tenants are very respectful and quiet and private. They have many carts for moving your stuff [not just 2 broken ones]. So overall this place has a great sign up incentive [extra months or cheaper price]. They have never once raised the rental fee since being there for 5 years now. I keep to myself and they to theirs and aside from its storage in Seattle which is expensive and a waste of money no matter how you look at it ..... but if you gotta choose a place.... I feel this is a fair bet! You won't be dealing with petty bs like most of them do and I'm very appreciative of this.”

“When I moved in with my boyfriend I needed to store some of my belongings until we found a house to buy together. I was super nervous about theft, pests, mold, and all of the things I wasn't even thinking of. My belongings were stored here from July, 2019 to September, 2020 and I have nothing but great things to say about Seattle Self Storage. The staff were helpful and friendly with every interaction. The access hours are limited but that's because of the security measures which I found comforting because the area is pretty sketchy. I chose to manually pay every month rather than auto-debit but the process on the website is easy and intuitive. Most importantly, when I collected my belongings they were ALL just as I'd left them over a year before. No pests, no mold, no theft. I would highly recommend Seattle Self Storage.”

We rented the trailer for 4 hours to bring a car from Pyuallup, we brought it back and returning it was not a problem. “We rented a small cargo van for a local move. We were able to book online and then rebook online when we had to shift plans by a day (paying a bit more as a consequence). Rachel answered the phone when I called to confirm that my husband and sister could rent in my stead when it turned out I couldn't go myself, and she was friendly, professional, and able to accommodate our needs. I wish the rental was a little less expensive but that's my only gripe.”

“This place could be better updated in looks but service is great. Kim has been very sweet and accommodating. My sister had reserved a U-Haul for us to move and Kim was so nice to help us bring the rental equipment and vehicle up for us. The has could have been better but it was mentioned that gas gets compromised during night so always take of the dash if we return after hours for our records. Other than That, Kim has been great. I would rent from there again.”

“Loved my experience with them. Had to drive a van over the pass and was nervous how the van would handle(it's 70mph. Can be windy,icy etc...). It handled great for a first timer I would definitely return again.Radio was great as well,inside was pristine and staff was friendly I was even late and it was no problem for them,thinking of checking rates at the storage facility. Most definitely would return. Also the windshield wipers came on automatically which could have been a huge safety issue fumbling around at 70mph trying to figure out how they worked and found that to be super-duper cool!”

“Penske truck rentals are the absolute best, second to none. Customer service A+ I have never experienced customer service elsewhere on a consistent basis such as Penske employees. Honestly it's top tier, trucks and moving accessories aren't outdated raggedy and old.. rental rates on trucks and vans are not overpriced because of lack of trucks or vans, they always seem to have plenty and I have never been turned away because of a shortage. Moving comes with many challenges so if you like great customer service and up to date trucks vans moving accessories such as dollies with straps etc, I highly recommend you use Penske truck rentals, not going to throw shade at any companies in particular but will say Penske is the absolutely the best all around!”

“We just came 2220 difficult miles to get to the Seattle area. We had almost daily road hazard issues and Penske people came through each time like champions! We actually were able to keep our basic schedule and get to our next hotels in time for a good night's sleep each night. The Truck Stop in Auburn, WA is our drop-off point and the folks here are top notch. They are friendly, helpful and professional.
