I just want to say that he was very professional kind and patient, and answered all my questions. He is the type of people that we need to find more of, that are in the customer service field. “I just started working at Zones as a sales support Engineer on the Tech side.....I would have to say to the prior comments 2 things.
1. Every company has pushy sales guys...period! Don't judge a business on A crappy employee.....especially when there are 1000 others to choose from.
2. Every company has issues with employee Alcoholism or substance abuse with some staff members....Those people will not last long.
So in my opinion...after my first week this has got to be one of the best companies I've ever worked for PERIOD!”

The staff is always kind and helpful, and the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. He genuinely remembers you, asks how you’re doing, and actually listens.The staff has stayed consistent (no high turnover is a good sign) and are all very friendly and personable every time I go in.The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the parking lot stays surprisingly tidy considering the area.
