He helped disconnect 2 lines that we got at the fair, found that we were being charged for two upgrades on Netflix that we NEVER received. He was amazing and this is the reason that we have been loyal customers for over 24 years.”

“Fantastic service! Exactly what I needed and thorough. Travis listened to my problems, evaluated the situation and offered options. I didn’t wanna upgrade my system and he didn’t try to push it, he offered a one hour evaluation and during that hour was able to find a simple setting issue within my CarPlay that was causing the problem and it didn’t need to be replaced. 45 minutes later, I happily paid for the service, problem, resolved, and I again was able to use my stereo system.”

As it turns out he was the manager, I guess lead by example and his example was a ten out of ten.

“Nich, the store manager was outstanding, he greeted us played the role of friendly expert Associate, handed our customer service issues where we could not completely complete the install of the T Mobile Wireless Home Internet, we had a problem re-setting the username and password thru the T-Life APP, could not self-manage and self edit the password and username, we even had a shot at Tech, so Nich played all the roles, even the Tech and correctly walked us thru to the right spot in the APP and we could then customize and personalize our username SSID and the password and he did ditto for my spouse too. All of this within 5 minutes and all of our problems were solved on the first try. I could not get the total install of the Gateway router and the APP over the APP or over the phone, BUT Thanks to Nich, he got it done the first time. While we awaited fixes and upgrades to complete the transactions, he let us converse and get to know each other, so he made it seem like our repair visit was also a chance for both sides to establish rapport. Nich example reminds me it is worth the effort to come into retail store and get the in-person customer service done by an expert caring, great manager and employee like Nich. Aloha Mahalo.”

“I just started working at Zones as a sales support Engineer on the Tech side.....I would have to say to the prior comments 2 things.
1. Every company has pushy sales guys...period! Don't judge a business on A crappy employee.....especially when there are 1000 others to choose from.
2. Every company has issues with employee Alcoholism or substance abuse with some staff members....Those people will not last long.
So in my opinion...after my first week this has got to be one of the best companies I've ever worked for PERIOD!”

“I’ve been coming to this 7-Eleven for almost a year, and it’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. He genuinely remembers you, asks how you’re doing, and actually listens.The staff has stayed consistent (no high turnover is a good sign) and are all very friendly and personable every time I go in.The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the parking lot stays surprisingly tidy considering the area. Prices are a bit high, but that’s just part of living in Washington. Overall, it’s a great neighborhood spot that makes quick stops feel a little more personal.”
