All of his pricing is given to you upfront and listed inside the shop so you know what you are getting. He is also very fast at repairing screens, and does an excellent job. My items are always repaired faster than quoted. The shop even takes electronics that are old and recycles them for you for free. I trust this owner and I've gone to him three times already for my electronic repair needs. He repairs screens on computers, iPads, and phones, and unlocks computers and laptops. Definitely recommended, even though the building is a little sketchy, it's definitely worth the trek to downtown Renton.”
“Very happy with this Verizon location. I've had two problems in the last few months, and Oscar helped me both times. He was knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to explain things to me so I understood what was going on (and how to fix it myself next time, or what the next step was). I also took my sister there with her issue (the Verizon store near her was no help) and got her problem solved too (again by Oscar). The great people and great service coverage are what keep me with Verizon.”
