“This was the third Tmobile location we have went to in the past week. Felicia was the only one that was truly helpful in our situation. While taking care of us, she was highly motivated to multi-task helping multiple people while taking care of us. In the end we spent approximately 15 minutes in store and got everything figured out. Probably the best experience with T-mobile that we have had in the past four years. Felicia deserves a raise. ? She's a hard working, intelligent employee.”

“Gabe helped me Buy the new iPhone 15. He transferred everything over and that was great but then there was something wrong with my email and I had to come in twice to fix it and each time he did it quite expertly even when it didn't work the first time . he has great work habits and skills, and a kind and patient teacher . “Went to the Lacey, Marvin Road store to change back to Verizon from 2 1/2 very long months at AT&T. Due to the myriad of problems at the other carrier switching back was less than smooth. Thanks to Trevor going WAY above and beyond, 6 hours (yes 6 entire hours) and maybe a dozen or more calls to various departments I was able to switch back to Verizon finally. Even with the numerous difficulties and problems the entire Verizon team - especially Trevor - were able to get my issues resolved. I was with Verizon for 25 years before being tempted to switch - I don’t see that changing again anytime soon. Thanks Trevor!”
“This place is okay . They really aren't as good with upgrades like they used to be . I think since they partnered with mobile the promotional deals have declined. Good customer service though. They really help alot of Mexican or foreign who want great service and speak bilingual for any customer that comes in”

Where thankfully we are always greeted/helped by Roxanne and her team. I'm not cell phone savvy. I thank her and her team for always being there for. It's always laugh because there's never really anything wrong with my phone. It's truly owner error. Till my next phone defaults.

“Caleb Bingham helped me extensively to replace my old iPhone. I had just left a local T-Mobile store on Martin Way and came to Costco. At that T-Mobile store, the service was horrible. The rep said my phone could not be traded in because it was damaged without even looking at it.
I left the store and walked into Costco where I met the best T-Mobile employee I have ever met, Caleb Bingham . Caleb ‘s Assistance and customer service was wonderful. He took time to examine my old phone carefully and he found that only the screen cover was damaged not the phone itself. It ended up I could make a trade-in, even though my phone appeared to be damaged. Caleb took the extra time to examine my old phone and verify that it wasn’t damaged, Therefore getting me a large sum of money off of the new phone. Caleb also took a lot of time with me explaining features on my new phone and how to use them. Caleb explained how to access the additional benefits from upgrading my plan. This was the best experience I have had with T-Mobile customer service and I’ve been a customer for a long time. The quality of customer service and time provided by Caleb Bingham was fabulous.

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”
