We are so very pleased we have found her as she does an excellent, professional job using excellent equipment. The dogs are very well cared for and are dried individually with a stand dryer!!! No crate drying. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the job Cindy is doing on each of them! Highly recommend her for any breed or mixed breed. 5 Stars for sure!

The reception area was an awkward experience with 3 people behind desks giving a judgemental feeling stare at us when we walked in with no welcoming greeting and we felt like we weren't supposed to be there. That experience alone made me want to leave for another vet.

Whatcom Veterinary Hospital
5610 Barrett Rd, FerndaleAfter my normal vet told me that they couldn't see my dog with facial swelling for over a week, I called Whatcom Vet on my mom's recommendation. The wonderful office staff were able to get me in within a half hour of calling. Dr Johnson was able to determine that my dog's tooth needed to be pulled, and they performed the surgery the following week. the vet tech, Nancy, was very informative and kind, and I knew that my girl was in the best of hands. My dog has recovered with absolutely no issues, and I will not hesitate to bring her back.

Pooch Palace & Kitty Kastle
7056 Portal Way A1, FerndaleI brought Daisy, our Australian Shepherd/English Shepherd mix in for grooming and Pooch Palace did a great job on her. Her coat was shiny and soft and they did a nice job trimming her fur so she doesn’t look scraggly at all. The session was only an hour and a half, which was nice.
Daisy will be back!

5640 3rd Ave, FerndaleExcellent beers, awesome local ciders, cute dogs, Fringe has it all. Looking for a chill day, fringe is a great place to go. Weekends usually have a food truck. And if you care about local, Fringe is the only current local brewery in Ferndale. It's also one of the few places where you can reliably get renaissance orchards cider on draft. Go for the beer or vibes, both are good

Leader Block Trattoria & Bar
2026 Main St, FerndaleExcellent experience overall. The pasta dishes were well executed and clearly made with care. I ordered the Carbonara topped with grilled chicken, and the chicken was perfectly cooked juicy inside with a nice sear on the outside. The pasta itself was al dente and coated in a light, flavorful sauce that didn’t overpower the dish. The shaved Parmesan and herbs added a nice finishing touch.
Others at the table ordered different pasta variations, including meatballs, and everything looked consistently well plated and appetizing. Portions were generous without being excessive.
Service was attentive and timely, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxed, making it a good spot for both casual dining and a sit down meal. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for solid, well prepared Italian food.
