“Joined over a year ago. Recently my CD had matured, quite surprised with my dividends collected. All the staff is very polite and informative. There was a hiccup with the ATM one time over the summer. They quickly addressed the issue. I was impressed. I also enjoy the share branching. When paying off my car loan my other credit union was refunding me the extra paid amount. Was able to go into Tapco bonney lake and handle it all, and transfered my extra funds over immediately to current account. Soon they will be holding free Santa photos for the holiday. Such a great way to give back to their members in appreciation. The branch manager does a wonderful job and very thorough. All her employees are well respected and seem to enjoy working here.”

“Lacee Screws is so amazing. She is the most friendly person at this branch. To open an account the manager normally takes about 2 hours Lacee did it in 15 minutes. She needs a raise. If she can do with the manager cant. Thank you for being amazing!!!!”

“Two times just this week I have told a story about a lady named Patty. When this branch opened I worked at Starbucks and had just gone through a divorce. It was when the housing market crashed and we lost our house. So my credit was awful. This sweet lady came to my Starbucks each day to get her passion fruit lemonade and told me she could help me and to come see her. She was able to help me get a credit card and she helped me understand how to use it so my credit would build. She then helped me get a loan for my car. I am so thankful for you Patty. I want to help people the way you helped me!!!”

“I have had the absolute best experience with WSECU since I joined in 2018. My husband works for the DOD in Germany and we have lived there for over 25 years. We were home in Washington state and we had a flood in our basement. I was able to take out two small loans to help pay for some of the repairs. I also love the convenience of having the CoOp Branching services. I can walk into my credit union on the Military post here in Germany and pay my loans on time monthly without the hassle of snail mail. I have always received excellent customer service at any branch I’ve gone too.”
“I had a problem with the ATM machine capturing a check without the funds being applied to my account. On Saturday I was able to go in person to the branch. I was expecting a fight but instead I was met with care, understanding and empathy from Charity the branch manager. She assisted me in completing the process and made it possible to receive the small amount of money in my account. I'm still waiting to hear that the funds have been applied to my account but because of the experience I'm NOT WAITING IN A PANICKED A PANICKED STATE OF MIND.

The most important thing for me is that all agents at Gesa credit union would take the time to respond and answer my questions in a timely manner, kept me posted through the process and reassured me when I had doubt and anxiety. They told me what I needed to get started, after I provided all that was needed, I received notice of loan approval. We began 8/27/25 and closed and wrapped up with cash in hand on 9/18/25.
