“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”
“I had an amazing experience here at this location. The staff were so friendly. And helpful. Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews. I’ve been inside this location and seen first hand what they deal with when it comes to difficult customers. And they handled it so well and professionally. Those are usually the ones to leave the poor review. But i don’t think it reflects on them accurately so i felt the need to express that. “Going to a corporate Verizon store rather than an authorized Verizon dealer is so worth it. They can answer the questions that dealers can't. You are talking to the actual Verizon Business and they can answer all of your questions and concerns. It's worth just to have them look at your account and check out the health of your phone : )”
