Golf Universe, established in 1996 in Tri-Cities, WA, is a versatile golf shop offering indoor golf fittings with advanced Trackman and SAM Putt lab technologies. It features a modern club repair center and hosts demo days with great savings on shoes and Bridgestone balls, making it a popular spot for golf enthusiasts. The staff is known for providing great service and creating a friendly environment. Besides golf fittings, the venue offers mini golf, which is simple and fun, especially suitable for kids. The mini golf course is about 18 holes and takes roughly an hour to play, though it is somewhat worn and better suited for casual enjoyment than competitive scoring. Visitors appreciate the easy parking and the chance to have fun, even if the course is not pristine. The business is open daily with specific closing times and is committed to maintaining cleanliness. While there are some limitations, such as no left-handed loaners or loaner drivers, Golf Universe remains a welcoming place for golf and mini golf activities.
Great service!!! Came in on a Friday around 3:30 PM to have 4 clubs re-gripped. Very friendly and helpful staff and they finished in less than 10 minutes. Good selection of clubs and gear as well!

I had a terrific fitting experience. The fitter helped me understand a couple simple swing concepts that immediately improved my ball striking, and I ended up ordering a set of T250s. It was one of the most enjoyable golf experiences I’ve had in years.

Very nice course, lots of challenging areas for players. Not a bad value for the service and course quality. Was a little dry in a few areas, but overall, course was in great shape. Greens were in good shape and played consistently.
