“Sporthaus does a great job of taking care of their customers. Greg and the board boys in the basement are super helpful in helping me find boarding gear that a good fit for me, and getting it fitted properly. The repair shop worked there magic and gave my husbands dying split board a few more runs. My husband speaks volumes about Tim and his ability to help fit ski boots.
Their rental, maintenance, and repair prices are incredibly fair. Every staff member I have met is friendly and helpful. If in town looking to winter sport gear or rental, I recommend coming here.”
“They have a very good selection of high quality horse grain. This has been my favorite western store to shop for the last 45 years. They are a little pricey on stuff, but its good quality along with a nice selection. The staff have improved their customer service in last couple years, but there is still room for improvement. “I have now had some lessons with Cory and was just fitted for some irons by Lionel. Cory was incredibly helpful in giving me constructive notes on my swing and specific things I could do to improve. The fitting with Lionel was a great time, and I learned a lot about other ways to improve my swing in addition to leaving with a new set of irons. It was clear they both were very knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend to anyone needing anything golf related!”

“I had new tubes with gel put on my bike a few weeks ago at Dicks in TriCities, and very pleased with the service.
Today I had a flat tire. Went back to Dicks and Henry checked it out, couldn’t find a leak, and filled it with air.
I later came back because it was flat again. Henry said he’d figure out what was wrong, so I left, he called me later stating he found a tiny hole and replaced the tube at no charge where I had recently purchased new tubes.
