“I have previously written a review for this store for David and wanted to follow up and give further recognition to some outstanding employees at this store located in Lacey. An employee named Darren (possibly Darrin? Not certain of precise spelling?) was able to provide me with excellent service as well as other customers. I saw him multitasking between 2 other customers by himself, including an elderly lady with a slight language barrier and what appeared to be very little knowledge of technology and Darren demonstrated extraordinary patience helping her, as well as another customer, both at the same time. All I wanted to do was make a payment that day and Darren got to me in no time right after he was done with those two other customer and was very courteous to me and answered all my questions regarding my bill. I noticed Darren did not have any coworkers with him at the time and showed precision and efficiency helping myself and the two other customers all the same time. I’ve also stopped by before to make other payments and there was an additional employee on a separate occasion that was new, or newer, to the store, and I didn’t catch his name, but he was so kind to me because he recognized me from previous times I had made payments at the store and he said to me that I am “the most polite person he had ever met.” The reason he said that to me at the time of my visit on this occasion was because I was waiting to make a payment while on my lunch break at work and I had to interrupt him while he was helping another customer and I said to him “I’m sorry to interrupt you, but I’m only trying to make a payment, would it be okay to take care of this bill really quick?” He informed me he would help me as soon as possible and I still feel terrible about interrupting him while he was helping another customer, but he was incredibly professional, finished with the customer he was working with and got my payment completed right away and I was able to make it back to work on time before my lunch break ended. Once again, I do not know his name, but he deserves credit for his phenomenally friendly service just much as Darren. Every employee at this store I’ve encountered has provided a positive and friendly experience and I hope these fantastic employees get credit for their work.”

“This was our "go-to" at getting our child situated for college, we were here from the ending of 8/21, a few of our orders was messed up from target.com, but that's not the stores fault. Store was clean and stock was well maintained, employees were very friendly and helpful. Their restrooms were out of service but they did have a secured restroom outside which was well maintained.”

“Caleb Bingham helped me extensively to replace my old iPhone. I had just left a local T-Mobile store on Martin Way and came to Costco. At that T-Mobile store, the service was horrible. The rep said my phone could not be traded in because it was damaged without even looking at it.
I left the store and walked into Costco where I met the best T-Mobile employee I have ever met, Caleb Bingham . Caleb ‘s Assistance and customer service was wonderful. He took time to examine my old phone carefully and he found that only the screen cover was damaged not the phone itself. It ended up I could make a trade-in, even though my phone appeared to be damaged. Caleb took the extra time to examine my old phone and verify that it wasn’t damaged, Therefore getting me a large sum of money off of the new phone. Caleb also took a lot of time with me explaining features on my new phone and how to use them. Caleb explained how to access the additional benefits from upgrading my plan. This was the best experience I have had with T-Mobile customer service and I’ve been a customer for a long time. The quality of customer service and time provided by Caleb Bingham was fabulous.

Long story short, between Geron and Devon, they helped me solve an extremely complicated phone porting problem. Absolute professionals and offered every bit of help they could muster to solve our issue, which was finally fixed around 6:30 tonight. Oof! What a way to spend a day.

“Went to the Lacey, Marvin Road store to change back to Verizon from 2 1/2 very long months at AT&T. Due to the myriad of problems at the other carrier switching back was less than smooth. Thanks to Trevor going WAY above and beyond, 6 hours (yes 6 entire hours) and maybe a dozen or more calls to various departments I was able to switch back to Verizon finally. Even with the numerous difficulties and problems the entire Verizon team - especially Trevor - were able to get my issues resolved. I was with Verizon for 25 years before being tempted to switch - I don’t see that changing again anytime soon. Thanks Trevor!”
