“I think everyone has good and bad experiences with technology. Honestly I wouldn't even bother to review something like this normally. However I broke my phone, had to transfer from Android to Apple and was truly having a bad time about it. Stephen S. was a super hero. Great service, easy to understand explanations, patient, and fixed my issues. 10/10”

“This was our "go-to" at getting our child situated for college, we were here from the ending of 8/21, a few of our orders was messed up from target.com, but that's not the stores fault. Store was clean and stock was well maintained, employees were very friendly and helpful. Their restrooms were out of service but they did have a secured restroom outside which was well maintained.”

“We had a horrible miscommunication from the other T-mobile store so we gave it a try in this location.
April & Bianca were there. They helped us twice. Since I had a bad experience from other store, I was pretty heated but they were so patient & respectful but also honest.
They made sure they explained every information as easy as possible for us to understand and recommend what to do in the future.
From now on, I know where to go for anything to do with T-mobile!
