I used to go to the PetCo at Smokey Point because it was more conveniently located, but after several bad experiences at that PetCo I am going out of my way to go to this PetSmart. Ashley S is one of the employees at PetSmart that has done a great job, but there were other great people too.

Getting a profile and appointment set up for our puppy over the phone was very simple and easy. When we brought her in, all the staff helped make her feel as comfortable as possible. We’re also very pleased so far with the cost, it was more affordable than we expected to get all her 12 week shots. We previously went to a vet for our older dog, where we paid for a membership but would still leave every appointment paying at least $200. Cascade also sent us home with flea & tick prevention, puppy training information, etc. We’re looking forward to switching our older dog over to this vet as well and continuing vet care with Cascade.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. They provided a comprehensive examination and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident that my pet was in the best hands possible.
The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making visits much less stressful for both me and my pet. Additionally, the follow-up care and availability for questions is outstanding.

Bodie especially loves Yvonne the owner. She came out and spoke to me one day to tell me about it. I highly recommend this camp. Great staff, fair prices, and one HAPPY dog. :)

It will definitely be something I get everytime i go here! The thing I'm not used to is having to get up to go oder up front I like having a menu and ordering from the table but I can understand why they do it that way. Lauryn is amazing! She's so sweet and works very hard !
