“We visited Rose Persian Market as visitors from Ohio and were thoroughly impressed. It is a beautifully run family business that demonstrates professionalism. The staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and super-friendly. We felt very welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend visiting this store for a delightful and warm shopping experience!”
“Trader Joe’s offers a uniquely personal shopping experience that sets it apart from larger supermarket chains. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. The store focuses on fresh, high-quality products, many sourced directly from farms, along with a standout selection of private-label items that rival major brands.
Among the most praised products are the rich and smoky Cheddar Smoked Sausage, the perfectly crisp Applewood Smoked Bacon, and the remarkably authentic Indian ready-to-eat meals like Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Paneer, and Samosas—often considered some of the best available in American grocery stores. With its combination of great service, fresh offerings, and distinctive products, Trader Joe’s remains a favorite for those seeking a more thoughtful alternative to big-box retailers.”
“I was standing in line when a cashier named Clare approached me and said she can take me on #1 but I told her I was looking for a certain chocolate bar and she took me down an aisle where all the chocolates were.
What she didn’t know is that when I first walked in I was looking for flowers for my grandma who recently passed away. I didn’t see them and thought I’d treat myself to a chocolate and snacks since it’s been so hard lately. Well while I followed Clare to the chocolates I saw the flowers my grandma loves. I found her favorite color.
Clare didn’t have to walk me there, if she pointed to the aisle I probably would have said I’ll get it next time. But her kindness in showing me where the chocolate is helped me find the flowers I couldn’t find at other stores. I’m so thankful.
Thank you Clare”

“I am very excited to see a store with goods with an unmatched variety from Türkiye. The store is very clean and organized extremely well. Prices were very reasonable considering where the goods are coming from. If you like Turkish products, this is your store.”
“A bit limited general selection but prices are mostly OK. However, NOT everything is as fresh as it seems, particularly items you cannot see in packaging. If you are careful and know local prices to compare, it's a convenient place to shop. They also carry many specialty items that I could not find anywhere else. The frozen foods section is great. When shopping, pay attention, they have relatively limited shelf space so sometimes what you want to buy may be on the shelf, just hard to spot. Great customer service; if you need help, ask any associate and they will competently help you. They do NOT accept S3 / health benefits cards.”
“This is a cozy local nook if you need a place to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine and live music. I enjoyed watching the people dance and the band play.”
“I love the extensive collection of global foods that were previously only sold at specific ethnic markets. The selection is wonderful and employees are responsive and welcoming.”
“It's usually pretty busy but they do a great job moving people through. Frozen roasted corn, dried mangoes and spinach artichoke dip are some of my favorites”
“Like every Trader Joe’s this Queen Anne location was awesome. Great service, amazing products. We were on vacation and came here to get TJ spices and Scandinavian Swimmers. The best store!!”
“Quality cheap(er) groceries. Great garden selection for cheap! Bargain Market!! Love to hear how much I've saved so I can use my savings on other necessities.”
“This is a small, compact store, but it has all the products, which are always very tasty and fresh. The store is always very clean, the sellers are very friendly.”
“Trinity market is the best!! I get sandwiches here every other week, and they are delicious (and come with a pickle). Also, the family who owns it is so, so nice. They know the orders of their regulars and are generally extremely friendly and helpful. The text-in-your-order option is also so convenient. Absolutely love this spot, definitely worth supporting / buying from them!”

“I've ordered on gluten free bread the Turkey Blat and roast beef sandwiches! Huge portions of meat and veggies in the sandwich! I'll be trying the other hot and cold sandwiches in the future. Great, friendly staff.”
“only genuine and authentic hawaiian supply store in washington. they are always the epitome of aloha and make sure you have everything you need. as a lifelong hula dancer, this is THE shop in the PNW. go support!”
“I love love love trader Joe's and I've been going to different locations in different cities for 6 years now. It has a surprisingly bad rep for being expensive.... But for a city that doesn't apply and it's great prices!”
“The best produce stand! Super nice owner and he hires local high school kids. They also have dairy goods, bread, and some meats like bacon and sausage, and Mexican ingredients.”
“Everyone’s extremely helpful at the University district location the garage can get a little crazy trying to park, just avoiding rush-hour or Saturdays is a good move.”

“Great spot with an excellent selection of products.
Some prices are even lower than Amazon’s.
If you’re looking for Brazilian cheese bread, picanha, or Guaraná Antárctica, this is the place to go!”
“Best neighborhood market I could ask for
I wanted to update my review to include:
This Ken's market sells Seattle Bagel Bakery bagels and Schmears ... They are actually pretty darn good for bagels in a plastic bag! The schmears are delicious. It does the job, I recommend it! The raisin bagels are delicious!”
“my partner’s honest rating is a 4 for the tofu yakisoba—the dish was just okay. the flavor of char and more sauce was missing, but they definitely don’t skimp on the tofu!
in contrast, the chicken teriyaki here is super flavorful. i tried both the spicy and the non-spicy chicken teriyaki, and both have a good balance of sweet and savory. the spicy chicken teriyaki is great for anyone who wants a low heat profile. i asked for no rice since i was going to eat out again later, and the fresh, creamy salad was a nice contrast to the smoky, spiced chicken.”
“Great stuff and good quality.... Slightly expensive
Watch out for melons, pineapples, cantaloupes... Etc... They are sold by weight and not by piece like in Fred Meyer....”
“Ridiculous low prices and a decent variety. You don't always find the same items, as they receive food from bigger grocery chains that have overstock. Great selection of produce. Awesomest staff ever!”
“Everyone who worked here was friendly. They seemed to have a large staff working, and you could tell that they actually enjoy working here.
They offer a lot of variety for options and surprisingly have a lot of organic and good quality food for a great price! It’s not necessarily name-brand items, seems like more of small business items that are offered, but they’re great! A lot of product seems to have shorter shelf life, but it’s definitely long enough that you can eat it in time. I price checked a lot of my core items with near-by places and they are definitely cheaper and better quality ingredients. Pleasantly surprised by here and will definitely make it more of a frequent shop!”
“These people are nice. I like this store and this neighborhood despite it's shortcoming. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unique food selection (if you have not been to a PCC). High quality goods organic, natural, and locally sourced. It's basically NPR if NPR was a grocery store. It's a CO-OP, SO THEY partner with farms and manufacturer to cut out the middle man and bring you affordable artisan goods, food stuffs and produce.
You know, NPR without the donation drive. Actually. I'm not 100 that they don't have donation drive to sustain themselves, I'm not that informed about their business goings-on and what-not.
Ciao”
“Dayangelo and Daymarche were very nice and didn't hesitate to let me use the restroom after 7 (I had no idea there was a curfew on the restrooms), super polite, and talked with me with a smile, will be coming back again soon and they better still be there lol”
“This market is on one of the main roads of Remond, Avondale, so it's easy to find. We like to pop in for unique or extra fresh seasonal foods, like today when we got some figs. The store is small enough so you can find things easily. They have self check-out with an attendant who can guide you through the process if necessary or regular check-out if you prefer more assistance. The store is very clean, has a great selection of items for daily meals, or for putting together a gift basket. They have wine, beer, and canned cocktails as well as fancy alcohol-free mocktails and ginger ales and so forth. You don't need a membership to shop here, either. Great store!”
“This is the best place for shopping you can find everything you need the employees are so nice and kind helpful especially the lady that she works at meat suction she is very very nice the owner and his wife are very kind and nice people I love to go shop there ❤️❤️❤️”
“Love the convenience of getting Indian groceries delivered through Shoperies in the Seattle area. They've flexible return policy, and prices are reasonable too!”
“It's a good store with good prices but very little products to choose from a stranger way of different types of products that probably didn't sell in other stores that's where the prices are so low but you can find some good bargains
