We came in while celebrating my mom’s birthday, and Pamela truly made it special. She was so sociable, kind, and thoughtful throughout our visit. What meant the most was that she was able to speak my mom’s native language and wished her a happy birthday in it, it was such a meaningful and personal touch that we’ll never forget.
Pamela also took the time to connect with us, asking about our animals at home and even offering thoughtful food suggestions for them. Her warmth and genuine care really stood out.

Impeccable follow up, friendly staff when you walk in, you and your loved one feel at home. They love animals, they are the ones you want on your team. Why go anywhere else. 11/10 recommend.

Anna and her staff take excellent care of all their guests. They have a lovely option of suite sizes and views. There is individual playtime and the suites are cleaned twice daily with fresh litter, water and food. I used to have horrible anxiety when we went out of town, worrying about how the boys were doing. Cheshire Inn has been the perfect sanctuary for them and blessed peace of mind for me. From our first stay, I knew they are safe, pampered and well loved.

Always fresh, tastes great, boba is perfectly balanced and never hard or old, employees are friendly, menu has a lot of variety. They can get swamped sometimes but I don’t mind the wait. Can be tricky to find parking too but that’s not their fault. Also I recommend to get drinks less sweet! They tend to be very sweet but I think it’s perfect at 50% ☺️ !
