We're addressing a lot of skin allergy stuff so I was hoping for a shorter cut that accommodated frequent bathing but still left her looking like a scottie and they delivered! She is definitely in her glow-up era. In addition, we had special requests for a medicated shampoo and dealing with some delicate skin and they took such good care of her. Thank you!

Their friendliness and genuine concern for your call/visit is noteworthy. It would be nice if our human doctors' offices showed the same level of detail and friendliness.

She was wonderful when my boy Tofu came in urgently and was by our side when we made the decision to put him to sleep. Fast forward we were given Lunchbox a Cattle Dog Mix with some behavioral issues so I was a little nervous bringing him to the vet and again Dr. Mangan was incredibly patient with him and even became friends with our new boy!

11416 98th Ave NE Suite 100, KirklandStarted here a little over a year ago when I got my rescue pup. We've gotten her multiple vaccinations, help with her seasonal allergies, and other non-emergency (??) issues so far. My pup hates having people touch her, not just at the vet, and can get very anxious in different situations but they've been super accommodating and very considerate of her. There's been a couple times where she's been super itchy and they've been able to slot us in very quickly with a vet tech for a Cytopoint shot to get her relief. The one time they couldn't fit us in for an issue on very short notice before a vacation, they recommended an urgent care nearby that was also very good.
At this point we've seen a few different vets and a few different vet techs here. All were really great, listened to my concerns, gave great advice with multiple options, accommodated her quirks, and treated her very well. The front desk staff are all super kind and very helpful. Highly recommend Juanita Bay.

From start to finish they were so good at providing calmness to me and Prince while treating the cut and keeping Prince calm. Danny was very communicative throughout the process, they were super flexible when we had to change the length of stay and adjust our pickup time, and they provided all the things Lacey needed for the stay (food, a bed, etc). The facility setup was also very good. The dogs have full access to the indoors and outdoors during the day while being tucked away on entire floor of the home at night.
Lacey came home happy and healthy. We will board her with Danny & Wes again.

12412 116th Ave NE, KirklandAt first, I cringed at the cost for lunch. But everything is expensive these days. Once I sat down with the food, my mind completely changed. Everything was delicious, and the portions were substantial (two meals!). I had the chicken Shawarma plate. The salad was one of the best I’ve had. It tasted like it had pesto in it, which was unexpected. The ingredients were extremely fresh. The babaganoush tasted fresh and smoky. I love the chicken Shawarma and the rice with yogurt sauce was great. It was not your typical yellow rice, but a flavorful white rice with vermicelli. The portions were great with a lot of meat, salad, and baba, and less fillers (rice). Garlic sauce on the chicken shawarma was tasty, too. Everything tasted homemade. I was a bit of a harsh critic on the atmosphere. It is a gas station parking lot. They did provide three picnic benches with shade and the proper trash disposal (recycling, and compost included). I probably should’ve bumped it up to five stars on the atmosphere, but I wasn’t in a generous mood. Glad I stopped in. Chef’s kiss for the fresh and homemade flavor flavors. Thanks.

Their ice cream is delicious with great variety and quality, and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff are kind, patient, and very helpful in helping you choose flavors.
A lovely touch was how they treated our small dog outside with water and a little cream , very thoughtful hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting downtown Kirkland!

I'm not very good with pictures, but since they made it right, the picture would have been a fair representation. George helped me out one of the family members of this 53 year old restaurant. He is definitely a professional, even guessed the right amount of hot pepper packets I would need for my gyro sandwich. Very observant, he let me know that there was a closer door to get to my car. I really enjoyed my meal, and will have to come back to continue supporting them. It looks they had really good lunch specials. I also got to witness a whole pizza coming out of the kitchen, it looked and smelled delicious.
