We are transferring from a different vet and Tender Touch had all of our pets information before their appointments and knew exactly what they needed, we didn’t have to do any paperwork when we got to the appointments. The doctor was also very kind and knowledgeable and really cared about our dogs. It’s a much better experience than our previous vets office. I highly recommend Tender Touch small animal hospital!

Doggy daycare once a week has done wonders for my anxious rescue puppy. He gained confidence and socialization skills, and he has so much fun! ? Main benefits:
- Exercise off-leash with other friendly dogs.
- Webcams so you can watch them play.
- Safe environment with a dog trainer that will prevent or stop any aggressive behavior.
- Every dog is vaccinated and must pass a behavioral test before being enrolled.
- Clean rooms that are temperature controlled.
- Prevents separation anxiety. Instead of leaving my dog at home alone, I drop him off at Dogtopia.

13455 Woodinville Redmond Road Northeast Suite 101, RedmondNancy and Jerry provided the best care and love for my young kitten. Truly a home away from home for your cat or kitten. We were gone for 9 days and came back to a calm, happy kitten. She was able to socialize and bonded with one of their resident cats— being good for her development since she doesn’t get that at home. Nancy responded to us when we were away and even sent photos. Jerry helped me understand what to feed our kitten since there’s too much information and differing opinions. I would give them 10 stars if I could for their care. They are both very knowledgeable with cats and kittens— it’s evident in the behaviors of my kitten just after 9 days with them. Thank you, Nancy and Jerry! I know Maple misses them and their sweet Zuma. Photo is of a relaxed, rested kitten after her time at Snuggles Inn.

I specifically wanna mention how easy the staff is to talk to. They are very personable and I can easily feel as though I'm chatting with long-time friends. My group and I were served by Bryce a few weeks back and had such a good time that I left there wanting to come back very soon, which I did! When I returned I had a different group and we were served by a waitress (who I regrettably forgot to ask for her name) but she too was wonderful, patient, and easy to chat with!
P.S. managers - She said she had moved up from Utah recently, so if you know who I'm talkin about make sure you know you have a keeper there. Both her and Bryce!

The matcha was really nice and strong, while the banana pudding was delicious! I wish I had the chance to buy their matcha powder when I was there because it was great. It is a bit hard to get a seat while it is busy, but there is outdoor seating which we used. If I were back in Redmond, I would definitely come back!
