“Completed repair of a 2021 Tesla Model Y performance on 10/15/24. The front office staff I interacted with were Zana and Andy. Both were really wonderful and kept me abreast of what was going on every step of the way. Given there is almost no choices as to where to have a Tesla repaired in Spokane or CDA ID, one could be very worried about a shop not performing up to the Tesla repair standards. Not to worry, they repaired my Tesla with all Tesla OEM parts. I must say I am very happy with the results. I would not worry if you have a Tesla or any other car/truck. This shop has treated me with much warmth and care from the first moments on the phone to the last moments picking up the car. Zana and Andy many times have invited me to check in with them if I had any concerns or questions during the whole process. They also have multiple electric car chargers and have left my Tesla 90% charged so I could drive it home 3 hours away. Not only did they fix my front end collision they then also did a lite whole car detail before returning it to me. All in all, I am quite happy with the repair job they have done and I believe you will be too! :)”

“I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told all the service people were at lunch (it was 12:15) and they wouldn’t be able to service for an hour. When I expressed frustration and inability to wait Davonne asked if I could return early on Saturday and he would be sure to take care of me. I was there at 0800 on Saturday and true to his word, Davonne had me in and out of there. My experience of not having my appointment honored would have had 2 stars - but Davonne’s stellar customer service and demeanor saved the review. Give the man a raise!”
“Amanda at O'Reilly's is awesome. I came in thinking I needed a new battery for my car. She suggested we test the battery and charging system. Amanda came out in the parking lot and tested my car. My alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. They had the part I needed there too. It was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend O'Reillys and Amanda. ☺️”

First time owning a hybird and I had some worries that my battery was failing. He gave me all the information i needed and assurance that everything was ok. “My son needed his car repaired after a collision in a ski resort parking lot. Everyone was booked 2-3 months out so I took a chance and had it towed here. Amazing job fixing the car and half what I was quoted elsewhere. He was paying out of pocket and we had great communication on decisions for after-market parts and saving money vs perfection since it's an older car. Definitely some creative epoxy fixes on the frame and the place is out there, but I waited a couple months before reviewing and the car is super solid and we are stoked.”
