I didn’t wanna upgrade my system and he didn’t try to push it, he offered a one hour evaluation and during that hour was able to find a simple setting issue within my CarPlay that was causing the problem and it didn’t need to be replaced. 45 minutes later, I happily paid for the service, problem, resolved, and I again was able to use my stereo system.”

“I almost decided to quit Metro PCS today after 12 years or so with them. The 2 dudes working at this location saved me as a customer. Even 611 gave me pics poor service after another store, pulled some B.S. this store and the 2 dudes working fixed it all and because of them I will continue to be a Metro Customer and if I need any changes from now on will try this place first.”
“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”
“I called after the closing time today. But an excellent spirited man named ROBERT stayed after 33 whole minutes listening to my problem and was especially super sympathetic and showed so much concern by the end of the call I really literally felt better. This was such an amazing call. I had pawned something to return to Europe for a funeral. So I left and got back here in the states and discovered I was past due date. But when I returned to states sister died. This man was so nice and I know if we had more caring and sympathetic people like him with so much raw and genuine concern it made me cry. You don't find many compassionate people in this world anymore. Like you know when people are rushing you off the phone NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY WELL WERE CLOSED, NOR DID HE SEEM TO INSINUATE EITHER HE LISTENED AND I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND I SIMPLY WISH MORE FOLKS IN THIS WORLD WOULD HAVE THIS CONCERN FOR PEOPLE. GREAT JOB ROBERT U JUST MADE UR STORE MY NEW PURCHASE PLACE AND YOU GET ALL MY SALES. LOOK AT MY HISTORY IVE SPENT WELL OVER 100K BUYING JEWELRY THERE IN THE STORES FROM RENTON TO FEDERAL WAY TO TACOMA AND LAKEWOOD.
