“We went to check on a low battery and some issues with the phone, and we were assisted by Oz. He addressed our issues and told us how we could resolve them. He mentioned the new phones, since we had had our phones for some time. He was not a hard sell, but he was giving good information that made sense to buy new phones. We decided to go with 2 iPhone 15s, and he spent the time needed to clearly explain to us the differences between the phones and how to use them. He was patient, as we are boomers and aren’t always up on the newest technology. He was the only one in the store, and several people needed his attention. He very calmly and skillfully helped all of us, so nobody would have to wait too long for service. You are lucky to have such an efficient and professional representative working for you. Our suggestion is to get somebody else to be there, so he doesn’t have to do it all himself.”
“They gave amazing service and so worked so quickly too!!! Compared to the other places that repair devices, those places don't even come close to this establishment in any way or form. Plus the prices are so much lower than any other place around. I highly recommend you go here for any type of repair. They were fixing/replacing my battery on my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra and they said it would take 30 mins but I felt like it only took them 15 mins to fix it! They also take other forms of payment besides card & cash (like cash app and paypal) so what's there to really not like here? I honestly can't think of one thing ?”

“Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.”
