“I was having a very hard time with Assurant, Metro's insurance company to activate my new phone shipped to me. I went into the 3rd Ave store and talked to an agent he was determined to fix the problem. He was on the phone for at least 1 hour on hold and talking to a number of Assurant representatives. Sad to say, After all that I was still having an issue.
I just wanna say THANK YOU to the METRO STAFF on 3rd.”

“Amazing service at this location today by Nyair Cleveland. We haven’t been happy with our Verizon service for the last year so decided to try something different with Cricket. We didn’t even have our phone #’s ported yet and Nyair was able to advise us through it and get set up with 3 new lines (including an Apple Watch) in less than an hour. He was extremely thorough making sure everything was working exactly right before we left. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made what is by nature a tedious task more enjoyable. “I have a t-mobile account and stopped in to ask about t-mobiles internet plan. Read and Niko were quick to acknowledge me ( I was the only customer initially). I told them what I was looking for (questions) and while one was texting his manager about part of my question (it was a bit unusual), the other was telling me what the thought the case was and clarification on a point or two.
Another customer came in and Niko went to help that person, as I would expect. Read got his answer and we chatted for a bit about both the t-mobile plan and other generic stuff.
Both were very polite and made the experience a reason I like dealing with staff at the stores (though I have had rather good experiences on chat and phone calls too).”

“I had an outstanding experience of Customer Service today at the Northgate local store. Reminding me again of the vital importance of human customer service representatives who understand situations and know how to appreciate the human element in navigating obstacles and problems that can occur with a business account.

Retail store manager Josh Gaffney and his associate Kyleland contacted customer care attempts to call them on my phone via 611 failed for reasons unknown. After several attempts to call 611 and having my call systematically disconnected, it was only assistance in the store that resulted in being able to connect and begin to resolve the issue. Josh persisted and made sure that each of the steps that needed to happen were accomplished collaboratively with the customer service representative. This is why I've been with T-Mobile for eight years four months and 28 days. Kudos to this local store for keeping a customer.”
