They order items not available in the the store, advise me about new products or research, take back food Shorty decides to turn his nose up at after a few days and always do so with a smile on their faces. 🙂 Shorty and I LOVE Mud Bay in Sumner, hip hip hurrah!!! 🤩”

“I want to start off by saying that the staff who work at Milton Pet Pros are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there, thankfully.
I've lived in the area for almost 9 years and have been a frequent customer at this location. In the first week of April of 2026, one of cashiers asked me if I would be interested in purchasing $70 worth of Bark Bucks (store credit) for $50. Given that I had historically been purchasing toys and treats and other various items for my dogs from the store regularly, I had no reason to believe I would not be able to spend what I had purchased. Unfortunately, when I visited the store a couple of days ago, I was surprised to see the shelves and racks were nearly bare. Anything and everything that I had typically purchased was not available to buy. It seemed like only maybe 10% of the typical variety of merchandise remained in the store.
The clerk who I spoke with was very apologetic. I received a prompt response to my complaints from the district manager and they offered to remedy my concerns by placing a special order for the things that my dogs needed.”

“Extremely helpful finding a dog food for my bichon who is allergies. She is very picking. The lady that waited on me was so helpful finally found one my dog would try.
She gave me 2 bags free to try see if it caused allergic reaction & if she would eat it. If you purchase dog food and your dog can't eat it,
you can take it back they will give the opened container to the Humane society & give you credit for the purchase. AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP FOR THE PETS YOU LOVE...”

You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

“My go-to supply store for everything I need for my ducks. I don't own other farm animals but the selection here seems pretty good for pigs, goats, horses, etc. They even have a good supply of cat/dog and other domestic animal supplies. They do have a small outdoor garden area, but their selection is limited due to space. I have gotten a live Christmas tree here and loved the price for the size. Definitely an excellent one-stop shop!

Edit: still my go-to spot and they recently added some really cute high quality dog tags that I LOVE. I will be updating all my pets to these tags.

“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Hedgehog Garden and Edith Victorino.

Even though we didn’t purchase our hedgehog from her, Edith went completely out of her way to help us when our little hedgehog was in trouble. Our hedgehog had never eaten or drank the entire two weeks we had it after bringing it home from another breeder, and we were extremely worried. His temps, his cage everything was perfect, he just wouldnt eat or drink since the day we brought him home. I reached out to Edith hoping for some guidance, and despite having no obligation to help us, she spent time walking us through what to do, completely free of charge.

Thanks to her knowledge, care, and willingness to help, our hedgehog started eating and drinking again and is now doing great. What impressed us even more is that Edith didn’t just help once and disappear—she has continued checking in with us every day to make sure our hedgehog is still doing well and improving daily.

That level of compassion, expertise, and genuine care for animals is incredibly rare. It’s clear that Edith truly loves what she does and deeply cares about the wellbeing of every hedgehog, whether they came from her or not.

If this is how she treats people who aren’t even her customers, we can only imagine how amazing she is to those who are. We’re beyond grateful for her help and would highly recommend Hedgehog Garden to anyone looking for an ethical, knowledgeable, and truly caring breeder.

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “We got Max the shorthair first. He'd been adopted and returned multiple times for being too aggressive. He was about to be taken back to the shelter AGAIN, so I took him instead. I was told he couldn't live with other animals. But after I got to know him, I could tell he was lonely and had simply been taken from his mother and siblings too early. He never learned to play correctly, and he was being paired with older cats that can't keep up with him. So I went to the Auburn shelter and asked for a hyper kitten who could keep up with him. Look at him now ❤️ Thank you to the Auburn Valley shelter for finding the perfect playmate for him. Macie was the best possible match.”

“I have a black lab so the need the get him “groomed” isn’t a thing. I bathe him at home and have his vet for the nails and vax but I’m certain that’s about to change.

Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.
