“Wonderful place to buy new road/trail shoes. Service was excellent and fitter listened to all my feedback and made adjustments to help find the right shoe. Walked out super happy with a new pair of road shoes and insoles.They didn’t have the trail shoe I was looking for in stock but they were happy to let me try on others and ended up suggesting that I wait for the new version to come in to the store. Great to see they’re not pushing you to buy as much as possible. Even the insoles she double checked that I indeed wanted them before checking out.Will be back shortly to pick up some new trail runners.”

If you have foot problems or have a job where your on your feet all day or wear insoles these are worth the money!”

“This is the only place I shop for shoes since Payless shut down. Today I was helped by Collin and his manager. They were both very friendly, welcoming in customers, handling phone calls and balancing stocking. It was pretty busy but their service made it seem flawless. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of socks at check out and came right back, it took a minute for them to process the exchange together (I think Collin might still be learning :) ) but I still enjoyed my experience and they went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Would highly recommend this Famous Footwear and commend their employees! Always love shopping their clearance section for an abundance of deals.”

“Came in yesterday for a pair of dressy boots for work. I was greeted when I walked in. Lee helped me find some workboots. She was great and suggested a trick to loosen up the boots in time for a work trip. Which worked and wearing them all day to break them in felt more comfy.I do wish there was more selection in the store. 50% of womens boots were the same style and color just by different brands. And wish the selections by gender was more obvious from the entrance.”

“I will have to post a photo with my dress on later. She was the sweetest woman. She made me feel like a petite queen ❤️ I usually do 2x but the dress she had me try was a size smaller and when I walked out of the changing room she hyped me up so much! I would have bought the entire store if I could. She said “You look like a million bucks” then sprayed me with some amazing perfume, that was shipped straight from Paris, and now I’m walking around smelling like a million bucks. I will definitely be going back.”

They did have a few options for no slip and dress shoes but nothing fit my style. They have a lot of other options and sales going on. The sale price for mens shoes seems to be around $55”
