This was the second time in recent months I have had to use CarStar. They are friendly and fast. They handled everything with my insurance and gave me time to get my stuff out of a car that had been declared a total loss. They previously fixed my F-350 and did a good job on that as well.

The rear tailgate was replaced on schedule. Coordination with the at fault insurance provider and Enterprise car rental was flawless. Communication on progress was very good.
