“Sweat Circuit in downtown Bellevue is so hard and so fun. Coaches Rachel, Caleb and Amber do a great job demonstrating the exercises and also motivating the class to keep giving it their all. When I need an alternative to one of the exercises, they are right there with a suggestion and a smile. Most people in there are in really great shape, but the coaches make those of us working on getting there feel good about the journey. I can't say enough good things. Give it a try. “Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Scheduling is weird, though. My other mom friend and I agree it's great if you're a teen, but not as much for a young mom. They turned us down on multiple separate occasions when we wanted to work out because the building was reserved for teens. My schedule as a SAHM does not permit me to work out during the other hours unless I go out of my way to find childcare. Bummer.So I mainly go for toddler events and the occasional family or adult event, which is great, but I'd go way more if it wasn't exclusive to teens during my free hours.”
“I was in Seattle for the summer and spent a month attending classes at CrossFit West Seattle. I had an excellent experience overall! “Having been a member of numerous gyms in the last 20 years, I'd say UP is one of my favorites! I'm a solo exerciser and I love the self-service arrangement here. No front desk or personal trainers to interrupt your workouts, just come and go as you please. It also means there are cameras everywhere, which makes me feel safer AND the gym is open 365 days a year.
There is plenty of cardio equipment and machines for weight training. At peak hours, you may have to wait for a treadmill, as with almost any gym. Be aware that there are no locker rooms or showers, but I live nearby so that's not an issue for me.
The owners/management are very responsive, and any time I've had an email with questions or concerns, they respond right away.”

He is a professional couch with experience of contest preparation, several years of online coaching, and being a nutritionist. What made him outstanding is his humble behavior and friendly communication with every body and his true sense of help. He changed many people's life.
