100 Andover Park West Ste 150, Tukwila WA 98188
“So I just got out of the UPS store and the members of the team asked me how my Alaska cruise was the first time I returned after the cruise. Based on my experiences with other shipping companies in private franchises, not only is this unexpected, but it’s something that really was exceptional It was unexpected in a way where it really put me on my heels of appreciation. And it’s not just one person. It starts with the franchise owner who puts in the elbow grease and just an incredible team who care about people who walk in that are willing to connect and engage with them I’m truly touched, so I thought I would leave a review in that emotional state.”

“Booked a parking spot same day and Bradley was super helpful, efficient, and kind about helping ease any of my concerns about my vehicles safety. He also helped me pre-pay so I don’t even have to worry about that while I’m away. Highly recommend this spot and Bradley if you’re looking for storage! Space is clean, safe, and there was no confusion or hidden charges. Very straightforward. Appreciate all the help and the kindness, Bradley!”

4701 SW Admiral Wy, Seattle WA 98116
“Seriously the nicest place. Incredibly helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and just genuinely delightful humans who lead with humanity. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Total Ollivander’s wand shop energy—whimsical and efficient. They even have dog treats on hand. 10/10. I sent out a large batch of charity mailers, and they helped me ship over 20 packages, staying late to make sure everything got out. You can tell the people who work here truly care about supporting the community. Go here for all your shipping needs.”

13036 SE Kent-Kangley Rd, Kent WA 98030
“I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves one! I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving. Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead. This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers. Thank you, John and Jaeden, for the excellent service. You turned what could have been a stressful errand into a really positive experience. Highly recommend this location! ?? ? To management: I hope you see this review and give them a raise! ? They absolutely earned it.”

“I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store. I showed up last-minute needing to ship a custom sign (6.5' x 3') overnight to New York, after my own DIY box attempt failed. Manu, the manager, didn't hesitate - she confirmed on the spot that she could build a custom box for it. She spent serious time on it: multiple layers of bubble wrap, went through what felt like an entire roll of packing tape, and combined two boxes to get the size and structure right. I walked out completely confident the sign would arrive without a scratch, which was honestly my biggest worry going in. Professional, skilled, and clearly cared about getting it right. So glad this store is close to home - can't recommend Manu and her team enough.”

“We have used Mailboxes of Kent to receive and send all our mail for years. The staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. It has been wonderful having peace of mind that our mail and packages are always secure. After having our mail stolen at our home, and horrible experiences using the USPS mailboxes, Mailboxes of Kent has been a wonderful resource for us and our community.”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way. What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and honestly she’d probably be the main reason I’d come back to this UPS store.”

6523 California Ave SW, Seattle WA 98136
“I joined here last spring in need of a new mailbox and safe location for shipments. Great all around, good with customers, and helping meet whatever needs (mailbox, packing, shipping, receiving) the prices are very reasonable. Location is great with several other stores I use right near by. Parking around isn’t too bad either depending on time of day. Whenever I have a question, they are super informative and right on it. Small business quality is becoming far too rare.”

“I have not used your service yet, but felt compelled to go ahead and review it since who knows, I might need a service like this one day and brownie points given now - well I say INVESTMENT, right? Like, look at the 5 start review you got besides mine. Why in the world would I go anywhere else if I EVER need what you do.1. I have family in Portland --as well as friends --right there, I am in.2. The only positive things said about you here are the very things you say you will do with any claims I have found your company makes.3. You show pictures of cat towers (and sometimes an ACTUAL CAT, when digging for more proof on how horrible some make you seem.4. You Are Simply Brilliant.5. Don't Stop. Light is getting BRIGHTER every day love, Kelly”

“Great customer service at this UPS location! I came in to send out a vacuum mop and the staff were super helpful and kind — they took the time to help me find the best box size for the item. They also let me borrow their tape gun, which was such a huge help since we were struggling with our little tape. It made packing everything up so much easier. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much for your help!”

“The UPS Store provides excellent customer service, and Stephen is a big reason why. I was dealing with an issue involving an Amazon purchase and return, and Stephen was there to assist me every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my return package was properly prepared and shipped without any problems. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate his support and will continue to work with Stephen for my future shipping and return needs.
