“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”

He suggested a package pickup service for my at home business and helped me get everything set up. He was also great with my two year old who was with me at the time. Highly recommend! :)”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”
“I have used this PO since I was a little girl! Same setup, same lines-- I've never had an issue with rude workers. It's small but in the lobby there are PO Boxes, a stamp vending machine, and a Dutch door with a bell to ring for your packages. I find it a quaint place that's been there all my 65 years.”
“The branch CAN get busy around lunch time, and even busier around closing ~ I recommend patience and planning :) That said, the two associates are Extremely Efficient at getting through lines, and transparent when it comes to costs/delivery schedules (providing tips when asked)! I've been a regular customer of this location for 3yrs, and they are practically miracle workers given the volume of business around the holidays.”

Today, in the morning, I went in to mail some letters and needed help with questions and both clerks (female) were very polite, professional and helpful. I was there after 10:00 AM in the morning and there was no long line everyone there, customers and clerks, were pleasant and courteous.”
“There's a gentleman that works here that is INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly, this person deserves a raise, he deserves to be praised and carried around in a chair.
There was a hugeee like today and he was so patient, working alone, going out of his was to give advice on package sizes helping people (including me) fill out a confusing form. And definitely took his time making sure all the details were in correctly.

“I recently moved and had forgotten to fill out the updated mailing address slip in the mailbox for my new building. A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. Much better service than I would have expected. Thank you!”

“This is the best post office in the area; I've been to at least half a dozen and this is the only one I like. Bal, Dennis, and Triet are all so friendly and helpful. Literally the only post office I have ever been to where the people working there are nice and don't ruin my day. I come here often to mail things for work and all three of them recognize me and know what I need done. It does get pretty busy but the line usually moves fast because the employees at least know what they're doing. This location also has the most parking of any other post offices I know of in the area”

“After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”
“Both times I’ve visited this USPS location the same two women have been working at the desk. Both times, they have not only been extremely competent and efficient completely the needs I came to the post office for, but they’ve also been incredibly knowledgeable, providing advice and assistance above and beyond and helping me make smarter, more affordable and secure choices. They were both incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic. I don’t think I’m going to go to any other USPS again, I just want to go to this one!”

Somehow while working the counter (mostly) alone, she managed to take our passport photos and process our paperwork - all while still assisting other customers in line. “We had a fantastic experience with the passport service at USPS Renton Highlands! The 2 officers were incredibly helpful, kind, and cooperative throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and professional, and we truly appreciated their friendly attitude. We actually enjoyed our visit—which is not something you usually say about paperwork! We highly recommend getting your passport done at this location.
