Ernesto was great help me transfer all my stuff in a couple of minutes”

I stated with a great lady she got the other two guys (Angel and Anthony) involved to help me, and I needed a lot of help to get a new phone mine I had been trying to use and it was futal. She had to go home. I didn't get her name, so sorry. I can update, though. The guys never gave up. When it would look like it wasn't going to happen, they would brainstorm and try something else. I ended up leaving with a new Samsung in service for $10 out of pocket. I have so many doctor appointments I have to have a phone. They are my heros!”
“Good place for Mexican food, business, groceries, medicine, money transfer. Also has a cellphone store for walk-in customers. But I've only made purchases at La Guadalupe grocery store. It is extremely clean and has many tasty foods to eat. Even cooked really great real Mexican food to go.”

“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“I initially tried resolving my issue by calling Verizon’s business hotline, but after being disconnected multiple times and getting nowhere, I decided to visit this store in person. That’s when I met Jen, who turned everything around. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked with me over several days to get everything sorted out. Her dedication and customer service were outstanding. If you're having trouble getting support elsewhere, I highly recommend coming to this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Jen!”
“I was frantic after losing my phone and worried about getting all my info transferred on to a new one. Even though I showed up 30 min before closing Angela went out of her way to make sure my new phone was loaded and ready to go. She stayed almost 45 min past closing on a Saturday night to ensure I was covered. And the whole time she remained pleasant with a smile on her face. That's customer service at its best. She also made sure I had her contact numbers should I run into any problems. I appreciated her more then I can say. Verizon better treat that lady well she's worth her weight in gold”
