“As a business owner and a CPA I have accounts at multiple Banks, Credit Unions and Savings and Loans. Yakima Federal Saving is excellent. I seldom have to wait for service. The staff are all experienced due to a low staff turnover. The Gage Blvd Branch is an excellent location. Comparatively, the website is simple and works very good. Yakima Federal rarely charges service fees and I usually always earn interest on my accounts. Thank you to Yakima Federal Savings and all of your staff.”
“Shout out to Marco Zungul at the Tacoma branch. I showed up close to closing, in panic mode, dealing with ID theft, and needing a replacement debit card for travel. Due to my arrival time, I had low expectations for what could be done. Marco was awesome and gave me outstanding customer service. Five stars!”

“I've been coming here for a while now and every time I do everybody's super friendly. Today I showed up 15 minutes early fully expecting I was going to have to wait in the parking lot. No big deal it is what it is. However a couple of the employees were out front picking up trash from whatever went down at BWW last night the doors were open so I walked in not realizing that they still were not technically open. However everybody was extremely nice and helped me out before they were even open.”
“I've been banking at Numerica for years. The staff has always been very polite and helpful (I use the Duportail branch). But lately, I've had occasion to use their help number on some transactions that were declined as possible fraud. Both times, the agents have been incredibly kind and helpful. I don't remember the first person I spoke to last night, but tonight, the help line person called Steven was exactly what I think every person hopes their customer service interaction will be like. Please convey my kudos to him and everyone else at Numerica.”

“A credit union is a little different than a bank. By buying the shares to membership, you're part of something. I'm not sure exactly how much of participation you want to have with your credit union, but because you are a member, if you do have a Civic mind which I don't, you can get more involved with the company. I choose not to. I've been very happy with the service I've been getting and I've been getting service from them for decades.”

After my previous bank. Bank of the West was bought out, I eventually got locked out of my account.
The ONLINE services and phone center has been genuinely abysmal and horrible.
However, Phoenix at the Kenmewick branch has offered stellar service. Despite everything we still couldn't get me logged into my online account, amd i had to cancel my account, but I appreciate everything he did.
Online services get 0 out of 5 stars, Phoenix get 5 out of 5 stars.”
