“As a business owner and a CPA I have accounts at multiple Banks, Credit Unions and Savings and Loans. Yakima Federal Saving is excellent. I seldom have to wait for service. The staff are all experienced due to a low staff turnover. The Gage Blvd Branch is an excellent location. Comparatively, the website is simple and works very good. Yakima Federal rarely charges service fees and I usually always earn interest on my accounts. Thank you to Yakima Federal Savings and all of your staff.”
“We went to HAPO to see if they could give us a loan quickly for a vehicle and they were able to fund quickly so we wouldn't miss the deal. They even decreased the rate at the last minute to save us some money. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Been with GESA since 1992. Great personnel. Call 24 down frequently...but that is improving.one problem..big one...I purchased a cashiers check..took to who I made it out too..now it is lost. So I go back to GESA and tell them. I am told I can not file it as lost for 90 days..then once ive done that they can do a search..and could not guarantee when those fund would be back in. Are you kidding me?!!!So basically they are holding my Three thousands dollar lost cashiers check hostage for over 3 months..I have the receipt..the company I wrote it to has not processed. Told I can buy another one and if not found they'll refund....but according to them we cant even start the search or cancel cashiers check for over 90 days. Ridiculous!”

“Re: Loans: This local branch is awesome, but here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST do everything through your local brach. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you, and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY!”

“Why would anyone give GESA, especially this GESA one star. The previous comment speaks for itself ~DUH We have been members of GESA for over 30 years. When they began opening the satellite offices it was great! This is my favorite. The people are so helpful and patient. They explain things well and are accurate & efficient. After my previous bank. Bank of the West was bought out, I eventually got locked out of my account.
The ONLINE services and phone center has been genuinely abysmal and horrible.
However, Phoenix at the Kenmewick branch has offered stellar service. Despite everything we still couldn't get me logged into my online account, amd i had to cancel my account, but I appreciate everything he did.
