“Hugo was extremely friendly and listed to the issues I had been having in switching over with billing and so on. He was able to get connected to the right people and an issue that had been being worked on by multiple people was figured out a fixed in one visit. Definitely recommend a super kind!”

“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”
“Having issues with my Gateway set up. Swithing devices from US Celluar to T-Mobile. Over the phone was no help at all. Met at the door by Neel. Within a few minutes he had everything working and explained everything. Neel was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with!!”

“I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

She typically feels best when I can be there to make sure she understands everything and isn't taken advantage of. We had a wonderful experience with Deion, so I wanted to be sure to shout him out. He was extremely patient and kind, never condescending, and thorough without being pushy or overly upselling. He was very helpful and genuine, and didn't make us feel rushed. It was refreshing to have an experience like this.”
