“Mariah helped us with our best options while shopping for a 3rd line. Everything worked out great. Her installation of the screen protector was incredible! Mariah got us what we needed quickly and efficiently. Also, and this is random... they filled my water bottle and that water was so good! Anyway, go there, see Mariah and Taylor! They'll get you taken care of and hydrated!”

“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

“They make great custom-fit adapters that fit solidly and mount discretely with no need to mofidy dash. Despite the high price, after using it for a few weeks, I feel it was worth it. I don't think anyone else is putting this much thought and quality into phone mounts.”

“I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic! She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“I went to this store on 1/27 with my mom to help her upgrade her phone because she is not the most technologically-literate person. She typically feels best when I can be there to make sure she understands everything and isn't taken advantage of. We had a wonderful experience with Deion, so I wanted to be sure to shout him out. He was extremely patient and kind, never condescending, and thorough without being pushy or overly upselling. He was very helpful and genuine, and didn't make us feel rushed. It was refreshing to have an experience like this.”

“We were a little hesitant due to the poor reviews the store had, but we received excellent service from Aaron and the manager, Colton. They were both patient and provided thorough details about the internet and phone plans. I can’t speak for the other staff, but we really appreciated Aaron and Colton’s help and would highly recommend them!”
