“Received a text message from Izaiah regarding the current promo for the IPhone 17, gave the store a call and spoke with Izaiah to get more information and he was very helpful with explaining the deal and what would work best for my plan. I decided to stop in after work and upgrade to the 17. Izaiah was the only one working in the store as I guess everyone else left a few weeks ago and he was nothing but amazing. He was working with a dad and his son when I walked in and so I took a seat and waited for him to finished, after he finished with them we got started on my upgrade. Izaiah was hands down the best person I have ever worked with there and he has awesome customer service skills, though he may be running the show himself he still went above and beyond to get me the best deal and answer any questions I had. Thanks Izaiah!!”

“Dealing with spectrum is so frustrating. It doesn't matter if it's by phone or in person it is very irritating. I went there in person and the person helping me was condescending, arrogant, and the atmosphere there was just all around uncomfortable. The other employees acted as though they were being put out having to do their job. Smh . Tell me why I have to be billed separately for my phone and Internet when it's a package deal .??UPDATE?? I went to spectrum again today. A much better experience Aydon was friendly, knowledgeable, and in less than 20 min I walked out with two new phones. He was a pleasure to work with. The last person I worked with was there again today and I overheard his customer service and I am grateful Aydon was the young man who helped me. Thanks Aydon for the "beautiful" experience. I will be specifically asking for you if I have to come back.”
