“Loved this store when I was a kid back in the mid 90s. Tons of NOS toy cars, model kids, and train supplies that you couldn't find anywhere else. Very sad to see they're closing. Not too many old school brick-and-mortar hobby shops around anymore. Went there recently to check out the closing sale and got some incredible deals on some NOS 1/64 scale cars from the early 80s. This store will defiantly be missed.”
“Had a lovely experience here shopping for model kits. They had a wide selection of things, I was pleasantly surprised because these type of hobby stores of this size don't exist anymore. I was also surprised by the pricing as well, they price everything competitively at fair market value so you're not being ripped off. That's what I find so difficult with any hobby these days, scalpers are hoarding supplies and increasing prices. Hobby Town is definitely restoring my faith, and everyone should check them out! Shout out to Tony for helping us out and going the extra mile to check out inventory for an item we couldn't find in store. Great customer service from all of the staffs as well.”

“An absolute gem of a shop, with seemingly the most random combination of interests. Love visiting this store with my aunt--I, an avid collector of coins, and her, a devoted quilter.
I have also seen the owners at a couple of coin shows in Wisconsin and Illinois, and they always have a nice selection and are just as eager to help as they are in the store.”
“I'm a retired Policeman. I've known them for 10 years. They're the best. The absolute best. They always give me good advice and a good deal. They've never cheated me. There are lots of gold dealers in this city, but Derzon Coins is the best.
Today, I accidentally gave the cashier an extra one thousand dollars, she caught it, and gave it back to me. I like that. An honest business that I can rely on.”

“This is hands-down the best coin shop in the Milwaukee area, and that’s a fact. Better yet, it is the best place to sell your gold or silver. Seriously, let me save you from wasting a bunch of time and losing out on a ton of money, i’ve already been to the gold buyers in the greater Milwaukee area that have a similarly high rating and I made that mistake so that you don’t have to. Nobody holds a candle to these guys, they’re super friendly and helpful, they’re quick and they aren’t going to pressure you and see how little they can get away with paying you. Even if Brookfield is a bit far from your area, even if the whole reason you are selling gold is because your car is in the shop and therefore you don’t have a ride out there, walk. Seriously, I have no incentive to write this review, but I was the one comparing ratings and reviews and I didn’t have much luck getting an answer on which place is the best… so I’m really spelling it out for you.”

I didn’t want to leave the artwork there, so Sara help me get the museum glass that I needed with a stock frame. She did an amazing job in a very short timeframe.

Did end up finding basically exactly what I was hoping to find so I was surprised on that however be warned the space is very very tight and some areas you can’t physically get to due to random stuff blocking areas. Might not be for everyone but was an interesting experience to say the least”
