I had a bolt shear off my saddle a few months back, which dropped the saddle in the road and luckily did not result in me crashing, but left me walking my bike. Luckily, it happened just a few blocks from MoMo, and when I walked in asking if I could buy an appropriate replacement bolt, they had a spare that they gave me free of charge!
I also bought a bike here a number of years back and had a great experience with low pressure sales, style and size recommendations, and a complementary fitting that makes riding that bike like slipping on a favorite pair of sneakers every time.
Staff consistently go above and beyond for customers, and while the prices aren't cheap, the gear is top notch and well worth it!”

The negative by the guy that thinks bike fits should be free is ignorable. The owner, Colin, will spend hours with you to make sure all aspects of your bike fit are correct. I know of no quality bike fitters that work for free. Excellent business practices.”
“Can't say enough good things about Tim and The Cargo Bike Shop. I showed up today to have my road bike tires switched out for studded tires for the rest of winter. Tim was able to do the switch out in the same day and will even store my tires for the rest of the season until I'm ready to switch them back in the Spring. He answered all my questions and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Pricing felt appropriate and the quality of the work is great. Can't recommend enough!”
