Despite having an old router, Travis got my apartment up and running in 15 minutes, and even provided recommendations for new equipment (which I took him up on) to have a better experience. If its an option, I'm going with SupraNet moving forward!”

“The store manager, Preston, is awesome! My family just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, one of the new phones started having issues holding a charge shortly after I got it and on the day I was supposed to fly out for a trip out of the country. Preston got on the phone calling all of the local T-Mobile stores and was able to locate a same-day replacement on our route to O'hare. He saved the day!”

“This is a very well located store, easy to park. I'm a truck driver and there's lots of room for bobtail only. Sorry no trlr.

The people are professional and courteous. I was assisted by Laine and he was of great help changing my phone's sin card and explaining things on my phone and tablet.

“I cant THANK SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO enough for yesterday! I came in because my snowblower ate my phone- UGH.
The first time I arrived at the store yesterday, another rep was helping me. He was the worst. He was a complete jerk. You could tell he didn't want to be at work- but that's not the Customers fault.
I left pissed. I went to find a phone to start my insurance claim and came back to the store desperately, because in the Medical Field and being on call you need a PHONE! This is when SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO STEPPED IN. They were calm, as I was a mess. Seth had so many good ideas to get me up and running again. I cant thank you enough you three, for going above and beyond to help me in my panic moment. I hope this reaches your Manager.
For customers... ASK FOR ANY OF THESE THREE WHEN YOU NEED ASSISTANCE at US Cellular on Washington Madison East. They will not disappoint!

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“I came into the store on Friday night. And I have a ray review for Aquila S. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. And she understood my situation. Very personable. She got me exactly what I needed and I’m so thankful that ticket to work with her on getting a new line with a new number. I definitely will be coming back to this store hopefully I get to work with her again. She is an amazing person, and I recommend anyone that needs to talk about a mobile device work with her”

“You can schedule an appointment, but it's not required. I arrived at a not busy time & was waited on immediately without an appointment. The employee was friendly, competent & helpful. I was there to return equipment that I'd been renting from Spectrum, because I was moving & had setup a different Spectrum account at my new place (new/different equipment was already delivered to my new place). While I was there, I also paid my 1st month's bill on my new account. And, I asked the employee to check to be sure my disconnect order was entered for the account at my old place, so I got confirmation on that. There may be better deals available elsewhere for internet service, but Spectrum is the only internet provider where my new place is located. And, this review is about my experience at the Spectrum store I went to recently, not a review of internet service providers.”

“I used TDS for 2 years without any major issues with my internet connection. When I moved I contacted them to disconnect my service, and despite being told it had been disconnected, I was still billed for 2 more months even though I had already sent the equipment back. TDS's customer service phone line is a nightmare, you will spend hours on hold and things will still be messed up. After leaving a review on here stating my discontent with the situation, I was contacted again by a representative of TDS, who was able to give me some actual answers as to how my billing had been messed up, and they credited back the money I had paid for the time I did not have service. I appreciate them reaching out and making things right, and hope they find some way to improve their customer service line so they don't keep driving away customers.”
