“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”

“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”

“The associates here are very kind, patient and helpful. I came to switch another user to my old phone and get a new phone myself. The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant. Ben helped me select a new phone, thoroughly relating the costs, specs and user experience of different models. He answered all of my questions (there were many) in a comprehensive and tactful manner. I felt assured that if any issues should arise in the future, I can return to store and have them addressed knowledgeably and professionally. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!”
“This store is not the closest to my house however, they were to only store that had the phone my son wanted in stock. I went there and worked with Rosevelt and Joanna(manager) and they were so kind and helpful. They were going to stay open until they got our trade in phone issue resolved and Joanna went through options that would be the best price. I have never been to an At&t store where the staff was this friendly.”
“The Waukesha location is phenomenal. The store manager went above and beyond to help me. He helped change my phone from a different carrier while keeping my same number. He changed all my contacts over no problem. Then the next day not all my pictures and stuff transferred so I wne t back he showed me how to do it and explained everything. Definitely go here!! Great products and prices.”
